U Move Free

Umovefree is by far one of the best companies I've used. Moving can be stressful especially with prices going up everywhere. I worked with Joe Houston he did a great job with providing a list of apartments and trying to assist me with my move. I would refer him to anyone.

Kat is the bomb! She is super attentive and compassionate. She's on time with your modifications of your search. She communicated with me during my entire experience. This is not my first time utilizing Umovefree. my 1 st time they found me a place and rewarded me with a $200 rebate. This company will take the edge off of you looking high n low for a place. I was on the market to move. So. I listened to a friend thinking I contacted a different move for free company. When I received a text message I accepted the help, confirming the move option was available. The representative referred me to an apartment community to which I visited, applied (and informed my UMoveFree representative), she explained to contact her after I got approved.

I contacted UMoveFree to inform her I was accepted and provided her with move-in date, unit #. Representative confirmed information, than called me a couple of days later to say we can't move you after all! What!

My second time using them when looking for an apartment. I recommend them to everyone. I worked with Kat this last time and she was great with sending me apartments often within my budget. With the way rent prices are, that free 2.5 hour move helps so much. The movers they scheduled me with this time were super fast. I moved from a 2-story townhouse to a one story 2-bedroom apartment. They finished in 2.75 hours.

Wonderful, professional service. Brendan is fantastic. He provided me with listings that were just what I was looking for and had no problem going the extra mile to check if a property had specific features I need. That is super important to me because as a handicapped person I have certain needs others don't and the process of looking at apartments is very taxing. Knowing the places he sent fit my needs made the apartment shopping process so much less stressful.

Amanda is awesome and very patient! I change my mind at less 400 times while working with her on preferences with the apts and she don't not complain not one time. Amanda provides a great hassle free experience that will always keep me coming back or suggesting her service to anyone looking for an apartment.

This service saved me literally hours of work and enabled me to smoothly and quickly transition into my new place. My locator Jasmyn was awesome! She made phone calls on my behalf, scheduled tours and even sent me directions while I was driving to these places. She always responded quickly and she answered all my questions. If she didn't know, she would find out.

I'm almost sad my move is complete, because I really enjoyed talking to her. Soon as I signed my lease, she helped me connect to the service to setup utilities and schedule movers. I never used a service like this before but this was like hiring a personal assistant to help with the details of your move. The only thing is IT WAS ALL FREE!

Amanda Fields, was an amazing locator. She was prompt, nice, sincere, hard working, and kept her word. She would help to reach out to apartment complexes to see how she could help in the process or why the process was taking too long. She was very communicative with me and kept me up to date; also responding to my phone calls and texts in a quick and timely manner. Amanda was wonderful and is 5 stars worthy

Sonya Plowman-Oliver is THE BEST! Sonya has been our leasing agent for over a year. Throughout the turbulence that I inhibited about moving, such as fear of change, indecisiveness, and false starts, Sonya NEVER faltered or gave up on aiding or providing leads! She reached out through phone calls, texts, and emailed many times to ensure the achieved goal.

Even Sonya's small gestures by text message, such as "how's your apt search?" Or "did you check this property out?" provided great information, positive feedback, and genuine encouragement. She was avid and exhibited sincere concern with the importance of price range, amenities, and interested location. She is very understanding and compassionate in regards to having children/ family.

She provides constant flow of information, detailed rental and lease specials to clients, and is very responsive. She treats her clients as if she is looking for herself or her very own family members. Sonya is THE GREATEST help I've ever received in hunting for a new home.
