From the beginning Eddie Davis was not very nice friendly and had an attitude of not even wanting to rent to me. He had a feeling that "he had been in the business for over 25 years and therefore knew what was best". Well almost 3 weeks after completing an application the unit was still available because no one else could qualify so they finally rented to me.
There was no pest control negotiated in the rent and about 4 months in, i got an infestation of roaches. He told me its Texas and there are roaches everywhere, even his house. I had to hire my own pest control that added $90.00 per month to my living cost but if all my neighbors have roaches then it was a lost cause to try and kill my little apartment with all those chemicals.
The A/C unit was never put in correctly so some contractor name Bobby who may have just come from doing crystal meth would show up at my apartment after 8PM to see if he could fix it. Needless to say for the first few months i was dying in the Dallas heat and had a crazy electric bill. There was never a peephole installed until months after i moved in.
I think through it all if Eddie would have had a better attitude, it would have made a difference but i understand that people with chronic pain sometimes treat others terribly because of that.

I regret signing a renewal, I won't make that mistake again. It's unfortunate for the landlord because they likely are unaware of the losses their management company is causing them. The management company is unreasonable and unhelpful. Their choices aren't for the benefit of their clients/landlords nor their tenants, but rather for their own convenience.
Slow and sloppy repairs, with a healthy dose of unnecessary rudeness and condescension. I work for a different management company and I would be very unhappy to hear any of my property managers communicate in such an unsavory manner.

This company does not care about it's tenants in rental properties they come and look at your complaint and then do nothing to resolve it, all they care about is money, and since they don't wanna pay for what they should as landlords they put it on the tenants to take care of, a.c. problems, lawn, and increase rent constantly.

One of the worst management companies I've had to deal with. Non responsive. Leak in ceiling took 5 months to resolve. I asked for a ceiling fan in my west facing bedroom. They said I had to buy it, put it in and I couldn't take it with me when I left. I had carpenter ants and was told they would spray once a year for bugs. They NEVER sprayed. I ended up paying for everything. Eddie showed me the condo with 4 other people at the same time. Bad form. I would tell you to look further into their back ground

Eddie Davis is rude, unprofessional, and had really bad attitude. His daughter in law, Andrea, wasn't much better. A cheap sink disposal replacement and plumbing bill would cost me more than $400.00 until I found out about it. They absolutely had no true attention to do their work. It took about 3 months before I got about 50% of the money back. Until I had to sell my two houses in 2015 in Mckinney, Andrea had the guts to approach and ask me to give them the businesses. I wouldn't recommend their property management services.

Why is Eddie Davis so rude?! I called for info and you'd think I was calling to market something or collect on a debt I'd already been harassing him about for a year. At least this company is up front about how they do business (the only reason I'm okay giving one star) as opposed to acting integral up front to get you in and treating you like slum lords the rest of the lease. Based on my one phone call and other reviews I'm seeing now, let go of whatever property you're entertaining with these guys. It's not worth it.

Simply dissapointed. My partner found a home in a gated community, at first any issue we had were fixed/dealt with almost the next day. Than literally 3months in, nothing. We had a leak, which was made even worse by their "repair man" flooded our whole upstairs bathroom and caused our roof to leak as well as carpet damage. The small door on our shed rotted off and took almost 2 months to finally have somone to come even look at it.
Our microwave has been broken for a month in a half, called no response, no call backs, no reply's to emails. Left word with the assistants numerous times and nothing. Unprofessional, unreliable and disappointing.

I searched high and low for a big apartment in the Knox/Henderson area that was privately owned vs corporate based. I used an internet search browser and came across the perfect apartment for me listed under "MAB Realty". I called (on a Sunday) and left a voicemail pertaining to the property I saw online. I got a call the very next morning and was shown the apartment within the same hour.
I fell in love with the place and Steve (a landlord) worked with me on the pricing, deposit and all the other stuff. It's been the best place I've had so far. Everyone is super nice and anytime I have a problem or need something fix/handled, I never have a problem.

No sense of urgency or customer care. I called them when I saw a property they had listed and was trying to schedule a viewing. I must have called them 5 times and never heard back. Horrible! I feel bad for people that list their properties with them. I was very interested in this particular property and was forced to look at alternatives because these agents could make time. Good luck listing your house with them and dont bother calling them if you want to rent or buy.

Okay, I don't even want to give them 1 star. I am moving to Dallas soon was having trouble finding a new place with something available in such a short time frame and in the right area. I gave myself one weekend to view places and find a place for just one weeks out due to my work schedule. I came across Mab Reality with a few listings so I gave them a call. First, I was greeted by a man who obviously was too busy to deal with me so I was given another number for an Andrea.
I was so excited by the info I was receiving and that I found a few places to look at, I thought I had found what I was looking for, then I received no follow up email like I was promised.so I gave her a call, no answer and no call back. I called the office to get her cell phone number. I gave her a call to find out she wasn't in the office for two days but she confirmed again when we could meet and that she would send me an email in the morning with an address and list of places to view.
I am so glad that I didn't rely on her because I never received an email or phone call. Don't trust this company! It's not worth your time.there are others that are reliable in the area, I am sure!
