Patriot Realty Our initial roster included three agents and one office staff person. Soon after we opened, Petey the parakeet perched on the sill of an open window and was welcomed as our first pet. With no listing inventory, we created an investor website - investors could purchase rental homes through our firm - mostly VA foreclosures - we would repair them and provide ongoing property management services.

We also managed New River Shopping Center. New River required permanent maintenance employees to keep the Shopping Center clean, the grass cut and minor maintenance accomplished.

My husband and I purchased our home back in March. Jonni went above and beyond to to answer all of our questions since this was our first buying experience and we were coming from out of state. He made the process smooth and stress free.

I've had the pleasure of renting from CRI properties for the past five years. The realtors and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. When it was time for me to find my new home, CRI was there helping me every step of the way. I love my new home the house is amazing. I highly recommend CRI. Special Thanks to Jonni Aidoo and Kendal Nielsen and to CRI and their wonderful staff for helping me find my new place to call home. THANK YOU.

Very accommodating property managers. Always give notice for inspections and allow for improvements as well as being sure repairs are completed in a timely manor.

We live in California and bought our first investment property with Tom Nielson and CRI in 2003. We later acquired several others and CRI has done an outstanding job managing all of them for nearly 20 years now. We couldn't recommend them more highly! Every single staff person in the CRI office, from accounting to maintenance, has been incredibly professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.

A special shout-out goes to Kay, who has saved us a lot of $$ on maintenance issues over the years, and with whom I have had so many pleasant conversations, she feels like a member of our family! If you're looking for a top-notch property management firm in the Jacksonville, NC area, look no further than CRI Properties!

We lived in Jax, NC for 6 years, then had orders to move. We held on to the house expecting to return to Camp Lejeune, but never did. We have been renting the house now for 22 years. CRI has done a great job managing the property, handled all the issues, kept me well posted, and even provided temporary assistance when the A/C / heat pump broke. I know that property management is challenging as I have used several different ones in other parts of the country. I highly recommend CRI - they are great.

If I could rate this place lower than a 1, I would. My husband and I have never been disrespected so often with this management. There we're multiple times we were lied to about information we needed to ask them dozens of times since they did not respond. The workers answering the phones were nasty to each of us and were in a hurry to hang up with us still trying to ask questions.

We also attempted to contact them about complaints about our neighbors that were trashing our yard and parking in our spots and they told us they could not do anything about it. I am absolutely disgusted with this place of business and I will never in my life recommend them to any person looking for housing. They are ridiculous. They need to actually do their jobs and assist their customers rather than complain about "it being too early for them to work". It is your job to help. Do it. We would not have to contact you so often if you actually did your jobs. Absolutely disappointing.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This place is by far the worst place I have ever rented from. I highly suggest you to run far away from this place. They will charge you for things that was already existed before moving in. They will claim per NC laws that you have to give them notice on the first of the month to vacate, if you want to not pay for full rent.

Instead of just prorated the rent like a normal place. I read over my lease and the laws extensively, yet they still claim it's the law. This place is a joke and they will rob you blind, and take advantage of you. I would definitely have a lawyer present while signing your lease and moving out. It took them 2 weeks over the 30 days to give me back my non existent deposit, which per NC law they have 30 days to do so. I will never be giving my business to this place again.

CRI properties: Run away from this place. Just moved out of one of their properties after 17 months. I have rented places across the country and this is the WORST company ever. Rent was paid on time every month even thru the pandemic. But the problem is their GREED! While living there the home was covered in mold on the exterior of the home and decks.

I asked to have it power washed and they refused several times. When you leave property, They will charge you for whatever they can make up. The home was left in immaculate condition and yet they charged $100 cleaning fee after I paid a professional $300 to clean home. It was spotless. Then they are trying to charge me for all kinds of random charges that are ridiculous.

Light bulbs, fireplace inspection ( that was never used) tape on a window supposedly, and edging the grass (its January grass isn't growing). Oh and a window screen. I can't prove it wasn't there when I moved in so I'm stuck covering that also. A heap filter? $90 charge for this. Not sure what this is for. A total of $335 in charges I'm glad I took videos and photos before I left.

That home was completely spotless. I was blown away by the crazy things they were charging for. Military families should be weary. With the reputation of this company has of ripping people off, my advice is don't ever use them unless you like throwing your money away. I wish I had looked at other reviews before ever leasing with this company.

I have rented from some pretty awful companies in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised by CRI's professionalism, friendliness, and timely handling of all matters pertaining to our rental. I was only stationed at MCAS New River for about 6 months. We rented a house in Sneads Ferry from CRI and right from the beginning, everything was very smooth.

The application process was quick and easy, as was paying the safety deposit and first month's rent. Move in was a breeze, we stopped by the office to grab our keys with no issue. The home we rented had a lot of recent work done on it, no doubt due to recent hurricanes. Nonetheless, there were still some issues here and there that needed to be addressed that CRI was pretty good about attending to them in a timely fashion.

I took it upon myself to do some exterior cleaning, landscaping, and minor repairs but the house was absolutely in great condition on move in. All of our exchanges with CRI staff, especially Kaitlyn and Kay, were awesome and I really enjoyed working with them. When I got orders, Kaitlyn was very helpful in getting everything squared away for the move out, no hassles.

They are very flexible and supportive and their preferred vendors for carpet cleaning/flea treatment/etc. were very easy to work with, reasonably priced, and very friendly. We made sure to clean the house thoroughly and leave it in great condition. We had scheduled everything a few weeks in advance so our move out was very smooth. Our move out inspection was completed the day after we left, we had no issues with the utility switch over, and we were even complemented on how well we left the house on move out.

We received our safety deposit, in full, less than 3 weeks after move out. I'm sure some folks had less than ideal experiences with both their rental property and CRI, and I don't mean to discount those that did. But our experience was overwhelmingly positive; this was easily the best rental experience my wife and I have ever had. We stayed on top of our affairs, communicated with CRI in a timely fashion, and took care of our house. In return, CRI really took care of us. I would not hesitate to work with CRI again and based off of our experience, would definitely recommend them.

Before CRI Properties I was with Century 21 and they did okay for a while. Then, come to find out they weren't very communicative with the property and for over 6 months I had none stop problems they weren't telling me about but the tenant was a friend and reached out before and after she would call in so we could track their progress on things. Finally, the lease was up and I was referred to by a friend. Now, I have been with CRI Properties for a year this Oct (2020), and I only have good things to say about them!

Every time something has come up CRI has not only communicated it right when it happened but also taken care of it very quickly. They were very communicative through any and all problems I have had and I HIGHLY recommend them as a property management company!

I'm telling you that you DO NOT want to rent from these people or have them as your property managers! They never check on the houses like they say they will, they don't fix things they are supposed to after you tell them to! They sure don't make sure your house is being repaired properly but they are all about taking your money and saying they are doing their job until you go check it out for yourself!

Then it's blamed on the tenant or yourself! These people are a bunch of crooks that charge you for anything and everything and then don't do what has been charged for! If you don't believe me, message me and I will send you my pictures and the statements they sent me! My property stayed vacant for months and they charged for stuff that wasn't fixed!

Used this company for many years to manage my rental property and left very disappointed. My property stayed vacant for months and every time I asked what seemed to be the problem I always got the "market is getting better", "we are renting a lot so yours should rent soon" and all that run around. I had to find out by myself that the asking rent wasn't competitive for the area but not once I was notified of this.

Why hire a company that will let you property seat for over 9 months just because they can't provide such a crucial information? Not to mention THEIR OWN maintenance company (maintenance medic) that they conveniently use that over charge for everything. $30 to replace a 9V battery on a smoke detector and its not even the 10yr battery, really? Could keep writing but not worth any more of my time.
