How to Find Us Report

Take US 17 North or US 74 East of Wilmington, then stay on US 17 North for approximately 27 miles. You will come to a stoplight (Landmarks: Lowes Home Improvement & a Exxon Gas Station). Turn right on Hwy 210. After several curves, Hwy 210 will intersect with Hwy 50 at a stop sign. Turn Right and Hwy 50 will lead you to the island.

We absolutely loved our stay at Longview. Everything was perfect- mattress firm, lovely bedding, well-stocked kitchen and even a book of haiku poetry! The owners were friendly but let us have our space. We highly recommend Longview.

We have stayed in Topsail/Surf City for 10 years and this is our 1st experience with TI, they are great! Took care of a mistake on our part and housekeeping returned forgotten items to us. Best service compared to all the other rental companies, we have tried them all.

Booked our beach vacation many months ago with family. Scheduled time off work, made the first down payment. Only to get a phone call today changing all of our plans. Our unit was one damaged by the hurricane and was needing renovations. The company in charge of doing the renovations apparently didn't start on time, and now (2 months before our stay) they have decided it won't be done in time.

The woman who called me offered to check to see what else they had for us that week. They have a one bedroom one bath (for a family of 5 adults and one child, that won't work), or they have a 6 bedroom 4 and a half bath, but is about quadruple the price we were paying for the other rental. So we are left with no choice but to cancel our stay, get our money back, and start the search again. Never will I use or recommend TI Rentals To anyone, ever!

DO NOT RENT 170 PINE HOLLOW RD!Or any other rental owned by Dr. Bob Young. This review does not reflect TI Rentals, as much as the owner they represent. In my opinion, you would have a better experience negotiating for a spot under the overpass in Wilmington from a guy named Snakes. Feel free to contact me for details.

I had the best rental experience from TI rentals! I love when I called them I spoke to a real person and not an automated system with 10+ options that I had to listen through. The property we stayed in was very clean. I wouldn't want to rent through any other company!
