Bryant was wonderful to work with. I gave them a date range with our price point and how many nights we hoped to stay and they sent a list of properties that fit our needs. The property was great for what we needed. Very happy with our experience.

We enjoyed our stay in Kure Beach. The place was clean, cutely decorated, and plenty of space for my daughter and I. I appreciated the combo lock and not having to retrieve keys from anywhere. I liked the close proximity to the beach. There was a nice beach access as well. The rain head shower was nice as well. I had to call Bryant Real Estate about the combination and they answered right away and they were helpful and friendly.

A great additive would be bikes to ride or beach items (chairs, umbrella, etc. ) accessible. It was secluded and safe and that added to the relaxation of our stay. I also appreciated the size of the refrigerator. The temperature of the ac was also cool and comfortable. We will definitely return if we are in the area again!

Do not rent from this place. They were very unprofessional and double booked our reservation. They were argumentative and very difficult to work with. We also did not have the promised amenities when we arrived. Do not recommend.

Our stay at 1711 C Carolina beach Ave N was excellent. Communication with the real estate company was excellent, the rental unit was very clean, well equipped for our family needs, comfortable beds, and wonderful to be so close to the beach. We enjoyed visiting the tiki bar which had reopened on the pier. One suggestion is to fix the drains in both bathrooms so that they close because it was hard to give our toddler a bath as the drains in both bathrooms did not seal.

Also the light in the upper portion of the stairwell was out which made it dark to walk up at night. These two things were very trivial and we would happily stay in this rental unit again in the future A final suggestion: requiring renters to stop at the real estate company to pick up paper parking passes and then stop to return them on the way out seems unnecessary. This could be left inside the rental home which had keyless entry for convenience.

Cockroach Air B&B! Renters go look elsewhere, do not be lured by the great location, there are other great locations! A realty company that will not return a phone call and hides behind an absentee owner who cannot be reached, our story will follow in great detail. We have been forced to write this review before time has expired to do so. We remain out of $1700 dollars, we lost an incredible plan to celebrate our daughters' graduation on the beach.

We were forced to scavenge for alternative housing during a time, that was preplanned months ahead. Time we should have spent celebrating, we spent searching for another location to stay, and packing and unpacking luggage. Bryant Realty lied. Parker #4 WAS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. We checked in during the daylight and went out for dinner and returned after dinner to turn on the lights and see a floor filled with 20+ Cockroaches, many larger than a matchbook.

What was worse than Parker#4 was the inexcusable void of any customer service at Bryant Realty. I would not ever use them for any property with their performance on this rental. Complete and utter lack of hospitality virtues in trying to help the clients. You will get nothing but fake smiles in person and lies on the phone. In meetings, on conference calls, just got off the phone with the owner. Lies.

It has been over two weeks, and still have received zero communication from the owner Jason Bryant and Mark Bryant in Wilmington, NC or the Bryant Realty Company in Wilmington, North Carolina, A complete disgrace to the hospitality industry. We will continue to fight for our refund, but they still are holding our money and blaming us for not staying there.

We were not in the space for more than 15 minutes to drop our bags, and 15 minutes to get our bags out. We lost money in food we purchased that we could not store in the hotel that we found to stay that night. We lost money paying more for on the spot accommodations we had to find. And we are not asking for more, we only asked for our refund. And yet, they will not call us.

What more could I say to persuade you to not do business with Bryant Realty in Wilmington, North Carolina? Please find this brief update for consideration of refund with testifiable eyewitness account information. 1. I would like to make a brief statement without emotion 1. I am writing to you at Air B&B to add to our case file for critical information. Yes, our goal is to receive a full refund. Period, no more, no less. As much as we should be, we are not fighting for additional funds to cover the incremental expenses and the inconvenience of finding other accommodations on a very busy, college graduation weekend.

We are seeking return of our funds only! Despite misinterpreted words, contrary to popular belief, we have not pursued legal actions. We are certainly aware of our legal rights and in addition, as a published author with a large following, I know how powerful the world of social media can be when it comes to sharing reviews of our experiences. But all of that, is more energy that we wish to expend for something as simple as doing business with dignity. Bryant Real Estate did not return to a single phone call regarding this situation, ever!

The photos they provided at Daylight are not even pertinent to the subject. The statement they made about the porch was incorrect. We did not spend more than 15 minutes at that rental. We phoned and documented the exact times. We followed their procedures, and yet, in their eyes, we are still at fault. Bryant Real Estate has provided abysmal customer service as documented below, where they had multiple requests to contact us, and no one did.

After providing an email with the summary of our situation to be reviewed on Wednesday, they did not even contact us on review day Wednesday. Anyone, with any business sense, or dignity, would at minimum address a customer issue, especially one involving children's safety. This is their choice to be in this hospitality type of business. They should be organized and able to address situations as they arise. Client's safety is a priority, and to not return a phone call is a serious breach of obligations to me and my family as renters. The images at daylight are of no relevance, we left two dead that we could step on

We celebrated my Parent's 50th Wedding anniversary here, and it was a perfect home to fit 3 families with all of the kids and grandkids. This is a beautifully designed and furnished modern family friendly vacation home within a couple of walking minutes from the beach. It was just so easy to simply wake-up, and within a few minutes of walking we were on the beach for walks and early morning sunrises.

The views were spectacular, with the fishing pier just another few minutes walk to the left of us when on the beach. The second floor entrance of this home leads into a large spacious open concept living area that includes the Gourmet Kitchen with all that we needed to keep us happy during our visit. There is a spacious Breakfast area, Coffee bar, Dining area and Lounge.

The living area leads out onto a large front balcony porch where the whole family gathered for beautiful views of the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast. At Sunset we could also step out onto the back porch balcony and enjoy a glass of wine, have a family barbecue, or just sit and enjoy the beautiful view over the inland waterway.

We also spent a few nights by the fire-pit in the back-yard, with perfect evening weather and a very nice deck area. The Central Family living area was very centrally located to provide easy access form all the Sleeping areas, including the Lower Lever Apartment. The beach and waterway are steps away from this unique vacation home. If we had to rinse off the sand and saltwater there is a back-yard outside shower stall with hot and cold water which we found very convenient.

This tastefully designed modern vacation home truly provided everything we could have wanted and made our vacation and celebration very memorable. The bright functional interior design, and modern state-of-the-art appliances catered to all our needs. This unique vacation home not only promises but delivers a memorable stay for young and old. A representative from the property management company was very friendly, professional, and was always available to respond to all of our needs and and questions. We felt so special staying here, and have fond memories with family and an unforgettable experience.

Our stay at Sand Crab cottage was great. The owner has provided everything you could possibly need for a stay at the beach and the decor is so attractive and inviting. The front porch swing and rocking chairs provide a great place to relax. Can't say enough good things about this cottage. Will definitely want to stay there again.

Beautiful scenery overlooking the sound. Seen a lot of Dolphins there. Walked on to pier. My son Looked down and seen a starfish. My parents thought it was a lot of steps for carrying luggage so that would be only negative thing. We really enjoyed it here. Walked to oceanic restaurant for dinner both nights. Just ready to come back during warm weather! Thank you

ZERO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY! The place had cockroaches, no hand soap, no extra garbage bags, and now dish soap, but they expected the dishes to be cleaned at the end of our stay. I didnt appreciate paying so much money and then having to put the sheets on and remove them ourselves as well as taking the trash out (having to buy hand soap, dish soap, and trash bags).

When I called to tell them I was not thrilled with our stay, they said well you should have looked on our website first before booking. I booked through VRBO and didnt know this was the company I would be stuck going through. Didnt get my agreement email until after the 12-24 hours so I couldnt have canceled and been given a refund anyway. They scam you out of money. Yes, the place was beautiful being right on the water, but the cockroaches put a bit of a damper on it.

At least apologize. Will NEVER use this company again for anything! Save your money and go through another company because this one wont refund you and they wont care if you had a bad stay.

We stayed at the Craft Lower Level Rental 11/27 to 12/4 at Wrightsville Beach but left early due to the poor rental conditions. For a 3 bedroom rental there was only 1 24 inch TV. No wide screen! The floors were cracked and covered with rug remnants. The lighting was the worst I have ever experienced. The toaster and toaster oven did not work. This unit needs work badly. It is ok if you are use to living in the projects but not up to rental standards. DO NOT RENTAL THIS UNIT.

Great experience overall with this company. Only advise is if you have concerns about cancelling your trip, make sure you purchase trip coverage through their specific company. We purchased the trip coverage for $200 marketed through vrbo and bryant would not accept it. So just be careful when you purchase coverage, we assumed while booking it was all the same but apparently it was not.

Outside of that, which I understand is not their fault, service was excellent. Fast to respond to any needs and very organized with check in and check out. Would highly recommend.

The unit's apartment number is not clearly visible, not reflective and it is difficult to see especially at night. Please confirm that the unit has charging ports/stations available for all electronic devices i.e. smartphones, laptops, tablets and cameras. Unfortunately, we did not realize this until our devices were at 5% battery life. It would have been nice to have known prior to arrival to avoid having to purchase them.

Be sure to check the balcony as well as the seating accommodations outside. As we walked onto the balcony, we found a dead bird! Yikes! The chairs were in need of WD40 to minimize the squeakiness in order to be able to hear the sound of the waves. After playing and enjoying the beach, we were unable to access the locked door entry at the rear of the building.

Be willing to walk around to the front of the Station One building to access to gain entry into the apartment. Security was notified about the rear door as well as the locked door to the pool not working for entry. Once inside the apartment, we discovered that neither of the 2 showers worked. I'm actually okay with taking a bubble bath but my husband not so much.

Should you find this to be a user error on our part, please leave specific "how to" instructions for the next unsuspecting guest who may prefer a shower to a bath. The Security, staff and guests that we encountered were polite and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. Thanks Victoria! We would like to be able to consider Station One for our future vacation accommodations. If there is an opportunity for a Representative to visit the unit in person, I would definitely encourage that. Thank you sincerely, Cynthia H.

We love the place rented by this company! Direct beach access! Everything we needed was there and we were extremely comfortable. They were extremely responsive and set us up with a beautiful rental at a great price. This makes for an awesome vacation.

Very pleased with the overall rental property. Best view for the dollar! Beautiful Ocean views and sounds. Location to nearby eating and shops were perfect. The deck and rocking chairs met my needs. No problems with beds or kitchen equipment as a previous reviewer mentioned. We will highly recommend this unit and visit again! Property Management are very helpful and pleasant.!

I rented a property from Bryant Real Estate, a few days after i signed the rental agreement I need to change the date due to a work emergency. I asked them if I could move my rental by a week or two and I would rent more days, they said no! They said that I would forfeit 100% of the full rental payment I had paid in advance. While they may have the right to do this in there one sided contract, it this the best business practice?

This rental is for November, not exactly a busy beach rental time, and I have been coming down to Wrightsville beach for more than 50 years. I have lots of family and friends in the area and friends who travel to the area often. This company has been in the area as long as I can remember but maybe they are under new management or desperate for cash, this is for sure a short-term business strategy.

I will never use them again and I am letting it be known to everyone I know how Daniel Perkins and Morgan Tucker of Bryant Real Estate do business. I have now rented another property for 5 days from Seascape rentals.

Vacationed here for the 3rd time thus year. I must say one important thing when looking a rental is the company you are working with. Bryant Real Estate is VERY easy to work with. If you have any concerns they address it quickly! I looked at booking with another agency and they were very difficult to deal with just in asking questions about property.

So this makes me stick with Bryant. The value of what your getting is great. When you start comparison shopping you will find this is the best deal out there. It is a great place to enjoy both calm sound side and the ocean waves. We also came across several neighbors that were very nice including the guy downstairs. We plan to visit again! My 7 year old gave the vacation a 10 out of 10

Steer clear of using this company when renting a beach house in Wrightsville. Super rude and ignorant and heaven forbid you have some type of family emergency and cannot keep your rental because they do not care what the situation is. They will just take your money! Even during a Covid outbreak all they talk about is their contract and have no mercy.

Especially don't talk to Krystal because she is the most rude and unprofessional person I ever spoke to. Anyone who has a Beach home that they want to rent should not go with this company aa their property manager!

Taking just one star because I just wish they were a bit more flexible with the timing for us to check in. The property was ready and clean and we couldn't even use the garage just to park the car to enjoy the beach day ( we got there around 10:30am) and had some items in the car that couldn't be in the heat. On the other hand the property was equipped with everything and it was very clean.

The mattress and pillows had protectors and the sheets were packed and sanitized from the Landry service. The management was also very responsive. We definitely will use them again.

We checked in to our vacation beach rental on Saturday evening and had issues immediately with TV not working, blinds wouldn't close and shower door fell completely off the track into bathtub. We called and found the staff at the rental office feckless with no clue about what customer service means. We are now in day four of our stay and still our TV isn't working.

Each day we call and get same unapologetic response, "we are short staffed and your on the list for it to be fixed." Funny they didn't seem to be short staffed when they rented the unit and required full payment 30days before arrival. My advice to anyone looking for a vacation rental at Wrightsville Beach is to find a different rental company to work with. I've never experienced such indifference from a business like Bryant Reality. I wish there was an option of zero stars because they don't deserve even one. Worst run business ever!

Rented Unit A Greensboro St in Wrightsville. Showed up at 4pm the cleaning company still there. She say "don't open the garage fridge, it smells really bad and has not worked in a long time." Walk into the garage (game room) and it smells horrible of cat urine. Go up into living space, sand all over the kitchen chairs, the rug had not been vacuumed, two bathrooms had the toilet paper dispensers broken so tp just sitting on tops of toilets.

About an hour later a cockroach crawls into a bedroom. The is the dirtiest, nastiest place I have stayed in wrightsville. No solutions from Bryant. Have vacationed here for many years and first time using Bryant. Will never rent a house from them again. Truly unbelievable to have a house in this condition for this kind of money.

Bryant Real estate was very professional but also friendly. It felt like we had instant family in Wrightsville Beach. The rental property was excellent with a great location on the beach and fantastic views. It was clean and modern with lots of parking. Having owned beach rental property in the past, I appreciate everything it takes to provide a great vacation experience and Bryant has mastered it.

I like doing business with smaller family owned businesses like Bryant instead of large franchised chains because they care more about you than your money. I highly recommend them for a great vacation rental.

Shellys Legacy is the house we stayed in this year. House was decent, The issue is the owner obviously likes to check in on their video camera to see how things are, like seeing another dog visit the property. We had paid 170 for our dog to stay at the house, then had a friend stay a day and a half with us and his 8 week old puppy. Of course the peeping Tom saw this on their video and charged us 170 more! Needless to say you won't see another dime of our money. Oh, the person next door is more than glad to call Bryant and run there mouth at the drop of a hat also so be sure you tip toe around! Pretty cheap of ya there Bryant!

I rented a condo for a weekend 6 weeks ahead in May, and canceled the reservation 4 days afterwards due to a change in schedule. I did not sign the rental agreement, and had every expectation that I would get a full refund. I found out that I was charged a $150 cancellation fee and a $107 admin fee, along with additional rental charges, which totaled over $300. Bryant would not agree to refund or give me an credit for a future rental. I would never recommend renting from this company! Renters beware!

Our unit was dirty, several broken appliances, blinds etc. and when brought to their attention, the response was "if you pointed this out to us, we would have sent someone to address it". The point is, that's what you get paid for! To identify and sort these things out BEFORE your tenants arrive and NOT to expect them to identify broken items and to have to deal with repairmen during their stay. "Management Company" is quite the overstatement

Bryant Real Estate team was amazing, and they're great to work with! The whole team was fantastic at following through and keeping us updated on the process and progress of finding a rental home in Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington, NC. It was initially slow going due to the pandemic hit. We pushed pause on the process, but they remained eager and ready to help us out once we felt confident enough.

We found a single-family home that we really liked but were concerned it would be over our budget. They still helped us make some strategic decisions before choosing the house, and we are grateful to have them on our side as our realtor. Overall, it was a smooth experience. They were extremely responsive and available throughout the search process. They are true professionals, and we would recommend them as a rental home agency or real estate agent to anyone looking for Vacation Rental Agents or Real estate needs.

Last years' family trip to Kure Beach NC was saved by people at Bryant Real Estate as we were traveling in on heels of hurricane. Their people were all out checking on status of rentals, and communicated with us while still on the road that we may not have power, but were looking into same. It did lose power but when we arrived our beautiful ocean-front rental was ready for us.

Major Relief after 6 hour road trip to get into the apartment and relax. They kept in touch to make sure all was in good shape and provided details on just what restaurants were serving that night. We'll be booking with them again this year, and hoping weather will be uneventful.

Buyer beware! Worthless travel insurance and absolute inflexibility with a Covid-related cancellation. I reserved and pre-paid a rental for a family gathering. Because the Bryant RE website strongly recommends travel insurance, I bought it through them. Covid spiked just after making the reservation and family members in their 80s asked us not to visit.

When I contacted Bryant Real Estate to cancel, they referred me to the traveler's insurance policy which, in the fine print, excludes "epidemics and pandemics." I had assumed, incorrectly, that travel insurance sold during a pandemic would cover cancellations due to the pandemic. Bryant Real Estate offered no refund and no flexibility on moving the reservation to another date.

Horrible, uncaring customer service. Even though we purchased "Insurance" we were fully charged $700+ for a weekend stay that was cancelled due to Hurricane Evacuation. Our credit card was charged the full Rental Rate + Owner Fees + Administrative Fees + Service Fees and Taxes. We were charged a CLEANING/LINEN FEE which they would not refund!?! We personally own and manage a handful of VRBO rentals and we have issued multiple refunds to guests this year due to travel problems.

While this is not financially easy for us, we are compelled to help travelers as best we can during this time, trying to put safety first. In all seriousness. STRONGLY THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Please take time to read the reviews for this company. There's a reason that 18 out of 20 reviews are bad. They have no conscience and seem to take pride in disappointing their customers. They hide behind "the contract" and feel no moral obligation to do what's right or honorable. Once they have your money don't ever expect to see it again! You've been warned. Buyer beware!

Absolutely awful experience! If you are concerned about staying at a clean place due to COVID-19, do not rent from Bryant. We encountered roaches, dust everywhere, crumbs on the floor, dirty comforters, and the list go on at Turtle Cay in Carolina Beach. We also didn't have a single working TV from check-in to check-out. I was told I "could get in my car and leave". Spoke with Morgan, Lotty, Lotty's mgr (refused to give me her name) and Brandon - no one cared.

Do not rent any place from this company! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We rented a beach house for a special occasion and had broken stove, a warm refrigerator, broken dryer, and a urine soaked wet bed. We were only there for two nights and they find it acceptable that these things were finally repaired after half our stay was over. They obviously do not take care of their rentals or care about the quality of your stay. Our stay was spent calling for repairs and waiting for repair people.

DeRosa unit @ The Riggings was unclean upon arrival 7/25/2020. Sand in dining room chairs, filthy HVAC filter and air intake/return was disgusting as well. Clearly the air intake/return has not been vacuumed in months. Entirely unacceptable especially during COVID-19 when we all depend upon clean air to stay healthy. Good afternoon, My name is Edwin, and to begin, I would like to inform that me and my friends were unable to rent one of the properties under Bryant Real Estate, and this review will explain why. One of my friends, Anuluck, reserved a house by Kure Beach, NC for labor day weekend. He placed the security deposit, so we began to make plans for this beach trip. However, we discovered that our reservation went through extra review due to "certain circumstances".

My friend shared the email that was sent to him and this is what it basically says: the vacation home is not meant for parties or "spring break". They disapproved our reservation because not one person was over the age of 30. Yet, the age requirement stated on their advertisement, is to be a minimum of 25 years of age. An age which pretty much myself and my friends were at or over. Then, they stated that they can look over our request as long as we submit the request in writing.

Within this writing, they asked for how we know each other, exactly how many occupants and our ages, as well as our PROFESSION. I cannot help but feel like we have been profiled based on our age, and therefore discriminated from renting a property for my friends and I. I would also like to add, that if our writing request were to be approved, then a "SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE DEPOSIT" will be required, and that a "RENT INCREASE" may also be required. Based on these statements, gives evidence of profiling my friends and I given our age.

But if you really wish to know about one of us, I will share you MY personal information in this writing. I am 29 years old, I planned on bringing my wife, along with my brother and friends onto this trip. I am a military veteran who served as a military police officer for the United States Marine Corps for approximately five years. Currently, I work at a bank as a financial crimes consultant and investigate any criminal activities that occur within our customers' bank accounts.

I would also like to note that another friend who was going to partake in this trip, is a recently separated military veteran who served in an infantry unit. My wife also works at a bank working under commercial loans. Additionally, NO, I do not plan on conducting any parties related to "spring break" activities, as I already graduated with an MBA.

This is just one of the few summaries of the requested information, amongst my friends. With that said, I would like to warn others who plan on doing business with Bryant Real Estate, as their statements were indicative of profiling and discrimination. Beware that if they feel uncomfortable with you or your party, they may discredit you and therefore, deceive you of your prices or reservation. This behavior from Bryant Real Estate is totally unacceptable and immoral, and I definitely would never want to do business with this company in the future.

We rented a house through VRBO for a family vacation for August 2020. Unknown to us, VRBO passed us onto Bryant Real Estate. Having family in Wilmington, we were not happy with this but thought, "What could go wrong?" Well the pandemic happened and when we knew that we all could not make it to Wrightsville Beach this summer, we had to cancel. VRBO immediately refunded their $500. Bryant Real Estate, of course not!

They claimed we could have the same house for the same $7,321.27 during the off season - from Sept. 15 thru May 15 2021. What multi generational family can do that? Or they "generously" agreed to return our own money if they were able to rent this large 6 bedroom house during the same week. Ok, we thought that is the best we can hope for. Now I see that they have rented the house.

But where is our refund? Their unethical policy is that we, the non renters, do not get our refund until whoever rented it checks out in mid August! We know that they have already been paid by these new renters. What right do they have to hold onto our money until after they check out? Never again do business with these unfeeling, unethical people!

DO NOT RENT THIS HOME! Halt's Away - Carolina Beach THREE STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT! We drove across country to vacation for 2 nights w/ our son & family, but spent most of the time cleaning & washing bedding / blankets. Upon arrival it was clear that the home HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED since the previous guests. STRIKE ONE! Beds weren't made, floors were disgusting, mirrors were smeared w/ the previous renters' toothpaste, there was trash in the garbage & the home smelled like fish.

We immediately called Bryan Real Estate, both reg & emergency #'s, & sent a desperate email. NO response at all. There was no choice but to clean. We had (4) adults working on the place for 4 hours - bathrooms, floors, kitchen, everything. The washer didn't work well so washing bedding/blankets took 2 days. And you should have seen the mattresses under the sheets - GROSS!

I must tell you the condition of the home even if it HAD been cleaned was terrible. STRIKE TWO! The rugs & mats are worn, the carpet has stains everywhere & we wouldn't even let the kids sit on the couches without sheets on them as the fabric was SO dirty. Yes, things happen. We get that. But Bryan Real Estate was COMPLETELY non-responsive. STRIKE THREE!

They NEVER responded to our calls/emails. After we vacated, I called three times to lodge a complaint and NEVER got a return call. Days later we found an email in our spam folder with a mere $125 credit. We're in the middle of a COVID pandemic. We had 3 small children with us & a pregnant momma. Our son is in the USAF & rarely gets time off. And $125 with NO phone call was the best they could do?

This company is a pathetic excuse for a management firm and they should be out of business. We are troopers. In spite of the horrific situation, we put our game face on, dealt with it all and enjoyed a day and a half at the beach. It's just such a shame that we spent over $800 to waste so much precious family time and be exposed to unclean and unsanitary conditions. If I could give this home & company 0 stars, I would!

During uncertain times, true colors typically reveal themselves. One day after arriving at our rental, Wrightsville closed the beaches and intracoastal due to the recent pandemic, we were hoping for some understanding. Upon reaching out to Bryant for a partial refund (happy to pay for the time I was there), there was no reason to stay since beaches were closed, they were unwilling to help and management was gone for the weekend.

In their first email they tried to spin a contractual obligation they had, I took it as if they were trying to blame the home owners. (I'll be reaching out to them next for their opinion on the matter) "Thank you for your email but we are contractually obligated to your signed rental agreement and will not be able to change your dates to depart early or offer a refund of days not used." After peeling back the onion, they admitted they are sticking with the policy and they were the party unwilling to change.

Against the advice of my sister-in-law (and flurry of 1 star reviews on Yelp) who had also previously rented with this company and could not get a hold of management, but they magically appeared in the back room after it was discovered there were no smoke detectors in the rental, I should have trusted my gut and rented elsewhere. Via their playbook, I would expect them to respond with a canned response about their cancellation policy or some kind of fiduciary responsibility or something along the lines of you rented the property not the beaches.

The purpose of this post it to make Yelp visitors aware that this is not an ethical company to work with and the owners don't seem ethical (at least in business, I don't know them personally). It's too bad because we really liked the rental property.
