We loved this property. It was very clean, the views were wonderful. Wish we would have brought our two chi chis because this place was super set up for it. It was quiet and the people who lived in the units were super friendly. If the breakers had 2 beds and 2 bath units I would definitely buy here. Loved this place. Kudos to the owners, thank you for making this a wonderful place to stay. Loved the view

We stayed in a cozy home that has been thoughtfully updated. Loved the porch/deck with its comfortable furniture. The bed was very comfortable, slept great! Treated to a show with the beach nourishment action, but it was okay and actually pretty interesting (the dredging company workers are as accommodating as possible in working around beach goers).
Parking was great, minimal steps made loading/unloading easy. Great central location for restaurants. Would definitely stay here again, thanks for allowing us to include our dog in the fun! The rental staff is super easy to work with, highly recommend renting through VBV!

My family made the decision to reserve our beach vacation with Victory Beach vacations instead of airBNB and am so glad we did. It was such an awesome and easy experience. The employees were so nice and forth coming with possible issues with the stay due to beach nourishment (which we did not have to experience). The condo was perfect for what we needed and the location was convenient for our needs and fun activities. Highly recommend!

Loved the condo as well as the check in process. Felt like being at home away from home. My kids enjoyed the board games provided and the Smart TVs were great to have as well. Quiet and relaxing area with super close beach access was great. Close distance to other activities as well. Already missing the beach!

We had an amazing stay at Baywatch. Each day of our vacation we looked forward to the most beautiful sunsets every night relaxing out on the deck. And we were lucky enough to get to see the Festival of Lights Boat Parade right from the comfort of the deck! The house is fully stocked with all the comforts from home. A very clean and comfortable house for sure.

Feedback: We can not say enough about how much we loved this property! Everything about it was up to standard. Actually, Kure's Pearl was above and beyond our expectations. At first, it seemed a little pricey, after the stay it was most definitely worth it. The view was spectacular. Words can't even describe how wonderful it was to wake up and be able to watch the waves from the bed of the Master King Suite.
I didn't have much interest in foosball before we arrived, however, after seeing how well maintained the foosball table was, and after playing a few rounds with the kiddos, I really enjoy it now. Bottom line, we will absolutely be coming back. We have decided to make it a yearly thing.

The location is excellent with a large selection of food/ restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The unit we rented was nice and clean, well laid out and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, there were two TV'S, DVD players, DVD movies, books for adults and kids, cards, and board games. The outside street noise was very minimal and did not create any issues for us.
The internet was just ok as we had a few issues streaming a movie on Netflix and YouTube. The speed test confirmed speed was very low. Overall we had a great experience and a wonderful stay. I would recommend this place to my family and friends, and we look forward to returning next September. Only negative is that I wish we would have rented a unit on a lower level.

Kure View 341 is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath townhome. It is a wonderful place to stay! This was our second vacation here. The beach is only a short walk across the street. The boardwalk to the pier also starts at the beach access. The townhome is very nicely decorated and clean. There is a pool in the courtyard behind the townhome and accessible directly from the lower level bedroom.
The townhome is also pet friendly which is important to us. We will continue to come back every year. Kure beach is a quiet residential area that is perfect for our family. Time well spent for rest and family fun. Close enough to Wilmington for shopping and restaurants as well.

Rented Sailfish 406. Excellent property. Spacious. Arrival and departure were easy with good information about procedures. We contacted them twice during our stay and they were quick to respond to address our questions. Property is well maintained fully stocked with items needed for comfort and daily needs. All appliances worked well and were very clean.
Very little sound between units. Beds were softer than we would have liked but very comfortable. Plenty of parking and easy beach access. Well lit areas maintained very well. Close to boardwalk and all activities and restaurants and shops. Would have been nice if pool was open but we did not miss it.
