The day my lease started, the unit was still not ready to be occupied. Leisha, the "owner" of Jupiter Lighthouse Realty in NO WAY met my expectations of how a professional business should be run. I am not sure if this business is a hobby or serious but she never apologized for what I experienced. PLEASE believe that you will receive nothing but horrible customer service.
If the OWNER behaves this way, then the rest of the business cannot be any different. There are many great real estate firms in the area. PICK ANOTHER ONE IF YOU WANT EVEN AVERAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Leshia and Cathleen at Jupiter Lighthouse Realty have been managing our condo rental in Jupiter for over 15 years. In a field filled with characters only interested in a buck these people bring a whole new level of professionalism and most important honesty to the field. They are responsive, they communicate well, and get the job done. If a problem arises Leshia and Cathleen have the resources to fix the problem quickly and make the tenant at a the most reasonable cost to the owner. What more could you want. Leshia handled the recent sale of our townhouse. The unit had been rented and it required a great deal of work including new carpet, paint and some appliances. We live in New York and Leshia helped in lining up the necessary service people. She explained every issue along the way and she was always upbeat. I would recommend Jupiter Lighthouse Realty to anyone without hesitation! I have been renting my condo through them for many years and it has always been a smooth and pleasant process. Recently, I decided I wanted to buy another condo. Leshia and her staff have been absolutely GREAT from start to finish. The situation with the property I ended up buying was very complicated and Leshia spent a tremendous amount of time working on the transaction.
She was always easily accessible and SO helpful! Her realtor Ivana played a huge part in the whole process, dealing with the difficult seller and agent with determination and finesse. I can't thank them enough for their help. They are incredible people!

I am so happy with Leshia's office that I don't know where to begin. Everyone in the office including Leshia is so responsive both by phone and email. They went out of their way to accommodate us and show properties until we found the one! The whole process was smooth and without hiccups and we couldn't be happier in our new home.
