Critical: Professionalism Only rent from these people if you want to live in cockroaches and not have any electrical outlets that work. They don't care and don't answer their phone. The absolute definition of slum lords.

Their apartments are all infested with roaches and the property management people do nothing to control them. There are always drug deals going on here, and people walking around outside drunk. You can not use the pool because there are people always out there drinking Hennessey and smoking. Someone broke the glass door to the laundry room the other night. On top of that there are always fights here. This is the most ratchet and scary location I have ever lived in. Do not move here.

We rented from Kenney Property for 7 years. They always fixed any problems. When we decided to move out of state they allowed us to rent month to month until we left. I would recommend them. Love the Trump sign! God bless Trump and God bless Kenney Property.

Cops were always there at the apartments, mostly for one specific person, people have complained about how bad this person is and the refuse to do anything. Videos were sent with the person even holding a weapon. Someone apparently has to get severely hurt or die for them to remove the problem. Allot of drugs going on there too. There was a leak so bad that it went from the third floor to the second and stayed that way for two months. I just don't understand.

I applied for an apartment on N Flagler last week! I did drive all the way to the office to speak with manager regarding my situation! I was looked down upon and treated like a criminal. I am a tax paying citizen that just needed a place to live until I purchase my own home! I do hope race is not an issue because from what I see the people they allow to rent their places are either on government assistance or just trashy and I don't say those words loosely!

Because I thought I was a candidate to rent I drove by the property at night to see if it was safe and trust me I will not go into details but when I was denied I didn't feel no way. I'm writing this review because I was judge by another landlord who doesn't even live in this country, who never fixed anything in apartment for 3 yrs. I have emails where I reported things that needed attention.

However life goes on and I would tell anybody that's looking for a second chance not to apply with this agency because I do feel this was a radical decision they made on me! Trust me I could of paid 1 yr of rent at one time, there lose my win!

It's been awhile. I lived on N. Flagler in one of the apartments. I was able to have my dogs. If something went wrong the office and maintenance staff was quick and responsible. I paid my rent on time, a few times, I was late due to an emergency. They were ALWAYS willing to work with me. "You get what you give". I was honest and respectful and I always received the same.

The apartment complex on southwind dr in north palm beach is horrible. The neighbors are all on drugs, their kids are loud as heck and run around your car and front door at all hours of the night. The cops are there every night. Kenny property acts like they care but they do nothing to change or fix anything. Drug deals in the parking lot everyday all day.

I had roaches in my apartment but thankfully borax tablets worked. But the maintenance people are lazy. Your air conditioner will most definitely give you breathing issues as they do not take care of the air conditioner. If you do drugs, or sell drugs this is the spot for you! If you work, like a quiet place to call home stay away from here. It's like living in a white trash trailer park without the trailers. North palm beach is usually a good and safe area but not this place! Stay away save yourself the aggravation!

Worst place I have ever rented from. I lived off of Southwind Dr in North Palm Beach the past year, and from drug addict neighbors to a nasty pool it was a nightmare. Cops were there at least once a month, including last month when there seemed to be a huge drug bust or so it looked like. I felt so unsafe, I'm glad I moved out. Theres nice families, but I feel terrible for them because the place reeks of marijuana everywhere you walk, people are constantly smoking and walking around drunk.

This is my last month there and i don't recommend it to ANYONE. I was gone for a week, and was in the process of moving all of my things the last month and came back to changed locks. I called the emergency line frantically trying to figure out why my locks were changed, and no one would come unlock MY APARTMENT until the next day. Luckily, I have been staying with my boyfriend or i wouldn't of had a home to go to.

I called today upset and confused and NO ONE WAS APOLOGETIC OR EVEN TRIED TO HELP MY SITUATION, even though it is 100% illegal what they did. The only response I got was "Your apartment seemed abandoned and neighbors said you moved." are you kidding me? THERE WAS FURNITURE AND AN XBOX AND CLOTHES EVERYWHERE. CLEARLY I WAS STILL OCCUPYING THE PREMISES. and why wouldn't they call me to ask if i moved instead of asking my drugged up neighbors. not only that, but instead of a kenney property manager opening my door and apologizing for the inconvenience, they sent a fricken maintenance person who had no idea what was going on. Thanks for the horrible landlord service, kenney property. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

I lived at a Kenney property located on 7th st in lake park fl for nearly 10 months. Its a two story building with maybe twenty five units. Was fine for the first month and went downhill from there. First it was ants then swarms of termites, then roaches, and finally mice. The ants were easy to control with bait. They did spray for roaches for a few months but stopped.

We had to spray then. Termites came in late spring for 2 months. Bug guy came one time only after we complained and showed photos of them. He came once and told us the building was infested and two apartnents had it bad. One was mine. He said the landlord was to cheap to fumigate the whole building. We broke the lease soon after that. Stay away from this company. Bad news.
