Big disappointment as a renter. Difficult to get in touch with. Poor at returning calls. After the property we were renting was sold they kept taking automatic payments from my account and will not return the money. They claim to have given it to the new landlord weeks after they fully squared up on the closing, then the story changed to they gave it to the old landlord even though he did not own the property anymore.

They are telling me it is not their problem even though they took the money and the new landlord says he does not have it. Megan was supposed to call me this morning to finally get it taken care of and once again no call. They might treat the owners well but they are horrendous to the renters. Hopefully they will give me my money back soon. It has been months.

I have hired HPM since 2012 to manage my property. Each tenant they placed for me is pretty good. HPM has a call center both owners and tenants can call 24 hours and the call center ladies will pass the issues to property manager in charge to respond via mainly emails. For the repair work, the estimate usually came quite quickly although not cheap. HPM allows the owners to hire own handyman if owners are not happy with the estimate. Overall, I am happy with HPM's service and thanks to both Megan and Tim for your team's hardwork!

Home property management is the best company I have ever worked with. These people are so professional, always on time, very reliable and so kind. I have never experienced such highly quality service! The absolute best!

The worst experience ever Like my tenants Said lazy and unprofessional. Tim is the worst manager, no communication, never answer the phone or texts. they did work at my house with out my permission. After 5 months all this nightmare I canceled the contract wich me cost me $1650. The incompetence continues even after I fired them. The could not even send me the proper key to my condo. Very unprofessional

14 years ago we moved 3 1/2 hours away from our home. We decided to rent it on our own and it was a nightmare. It was so hard to take care of everything from so far away. We had tenants in there that had destroyed things, had the police called on them and violated almost all of their lease agreements. We could not get them to pay rent and we could not get them to leave.

We hired Home Property Management and they took care of everything for us! I could never thank them enough for making things so easy. Over the years they have handled all of our leases, repairs, upgrades, hurricane prep and anything and everything else that we have needed. They always provide us with videos and pictures of everything they have done. They were truly a Godsend!
