Dazcon Properties respond quickly when you need maintenace work or have any questions. When we felt desperate looking for a place to rent for a while, we came across Dazcon Properties and met Jen. She is the best, she helped us rent a house in the perfect location.

If you rent a house take photos of everything, I mean everything. We got charged for a lot of things that happened to the house prior to moving in but I didn't inspect the house close enough/take photos when we first moved in. you will literally get charged for any little thing they can find. They were responsive about getting maintenance issues fixed while we rented and the staff was friendly enough but the move out fines taken from our deposit, left a very bad, last impression for us.

I rented a through Dazcon with ease! Everyone was very polite and professional. I've been in the house since June 2021 and had two service requests which were handled professionally and timely. I highly recommend Dazcon properties to anyone looking for a rental or even to purchase/sell.

I used them for five years and they were excellent to work with. I moved out of state making it difficult to manage my property, they were outstanding every step of the way and I was able to use them as my real estate agent and sold to the in house tenants. They always did a superb job of lining of tenants and were excellent to work with. I would recommend them every time.

Lori was great to work with throughout the whole process of finding a rental home! I am grateful for her assistance and appreciate her taking the time to build a relationship rather than just showing up. I couldn't be happier with her customer service! They will take your deposits to make improvements that they should have done before they rented the property to you. They dont follow laws. Try drop in inspections same day. With no notice. Even during covid? Even if you are absolutely desperate DONT RENT FROM THEM! Ever! They are also liars. I was verbally told my lease would be renewed and never sent a new lease. 7 months into my 2nd year they gave a notice to vacate.

It was a horrible property because the neighbors upstairs had kids that ran through the house ALL NIGHT. The property owner was too cheap to properly pad the floors. I also spent my first 4 to 5 months going back and forth about a water bill over 500 dollars because there was no real work done to the property before we moved in other than cheap cosmetics.

I was.told they resolved it but called water company and they never heard from anyone! They also left my ceiling in my bathroom open and exposed for SEVERAL months. They were very nonchalant about fixing things but wanted their money on time regardless. To add to everything else, the neighbors in the next complex had loud parties EVERY WEEKEND. They would be outside loud and drunk and had done a hit and run on my car. Horrible horrible property management. Dont rent from them. Save yourself the stress and money.

I would give zero stars if yelp would let me but it will not so they get one star. If you want to be talked down to and talked to you like you're an idiot please consider working with Dazcon properties. Most of the girls in this office have major attitude and talk so unprofessionally like you are bothering them to ask them a question about a property you are paying good money for. I've worked with many property management companies over the years and this is by far the worst. They act like they're doing you a favor to even take your call- even though it is their job and they are being paid to do their job. Pathetic

Dazcon Properties' agents are very nice. They answered all my questions professionally and politely. We had many questions since we were relocating from another state and wanted to make sure this property would be the correct fit. From the application process, to signing the lease, and moving they were very patient in listening to every word and answering all our inquires. We were really impressed and will recommend their services to all family and friends.

I rented from Aug 2018 - Aug 2019. I had a wonderful experience. When had questions, concerns, or repairs the office responded promptly and all fixes were completed thoroughly. I never had issues with rent nor my deposit. My rental property was kinda a dream home for a rental! Thanks for such wonderful services!

Horrible experience! We signed initial paperwork with them without any idea (it isn't stated ANYWHERE) that it would be legally binding. We decided to go with another property and that are saying we owe them roughly $2000 in rent and fees. We never lived there, never got keys, never even saw the property. They agreed to drop it to $425 if we signed more paperwork. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
