Gregg Rapp was my realtor, or acted like he was the seller's realtor. He made a side deal with me to have a repair made that the seller agreed to do in writing and never did, so Gregg said he would as we were the day before closing. He then emails me and refuses to pay the labor to have the part installed. I found him to be unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. I never should have agreed to this "side deal" with him, I got screwed and would never reccomend him to anyone.

RUDE and unprofessional - made an appointment to see a rental and the property manger never showed or answered our calls. When I called Wallace realty they were very rude and about telling us the manager is sick today and called out. Yelled at us that no one could help us today after we woke up from working third shift just for this appointment.
