Just wanted to leave a review for the amazing people that work at this office. I had a scare from a notice stating I did not pay rent for the month and if no payment is received in the next 14 days, I would have to leave the property (it kept me up all night). Usually, I like to predate my checks and put them through their drop box a couple of days before the rent is due, so you can imagine how stressful it was for me to get that notice.
Funny thing was that on the 28th I went to the post office to drop off a package nearby, dropped off rent at this location, and headed to Trader Joe to get groceries. Just recalled being SUPER proud that I was able to accomplish so much in the snow since the driving condition was not good, so it was strange that the check was never found. Anyways, today I arrived at the rental office as soon as they opened to explain the situation (frantically because of stress) and even offered to cancel the previous check to write a new one.
They said, "Wait! Don't do anything yet! We'll get it sorted out first". Afterward, they started searching through envelopes and stacks of checks to make sure it wasn't missed. It wasn't found while I was there, but they offered to pay the cancellation fee for the previous check I wrote which was amazing and super sweet of them. Thank you, Rental Connection, for everything you do. I'm glad to be a tenant here. (Attached photo of my route on the 28th for reference)

Nick was extremely rude and unprofessional towards my husband and I. When he found out I was self employed he laughed and said "i'm good" and walked away mid tour. I told him i have proper documentation that I gross plenty of monthly profit and then was extremely condescending and told us get lost. The racial comments to my husband were completely out of line as well. Do not use this company, do not rent from this company. Especially if you're a minority.

I have been attempting to contact these people for THREE weeks about a new apartment building they apparently "manage". I've called and left several voicemails (yes, I've left a call back #), along with emailing AND submitting my information via the "Contact Me" field on Greenhillapartment.com. I called again today 1/26 and finally got an answer. The woman on the phone was unprofessional and curt upon answering the phone, she had NO idea what property I was inquiring about; she kept saying "I don't have that property on my list", only until I started name dropping (names from the apartments website) did she "know" which apartments I was calling about, she became belligerent when I questioned the level of service she was providing to a prospective tenant.
The apartment website has been up for quite a few weeks now, you would assume an organized COMPETENT property management company would have sufficient time to gather information to be able to provide prospective tenants information. Needless to say, as nice as the apartments are, I will be staying far away from ANY Rental Connection property and I urge everybody to do the same. Bullet dodged, thank you rude woman who answered the phone on 1/26 10:17AM!

This company has been abusing me as of lately. Mick my property manager is impossible to talk to and screams at me over the phone. Today I was explaining the situation with my spare bedroom door locking my father in the bedroom during the day mick told me to get to the point and hung up on me. I've had 5 outstanding repairs since last year that are being left alone. I am confident I will be waiting forever.

Critical: Professionalism This company was decent when i first started renting from them but a few years went by & they got a new property manager, He is a total nightmare to work with he is unprofessional & rude. He must be related to the owner because there is no way a person with that lack of respect & communication skills could keep a job.

I have had to figure that "verifiable" applicationing at The Rental Connection is a duty you transcript on your own in the placement guarding what normal rentalship verification is from the knowledge of submissioned verification records legally transacted in claimship receipt. Being properly met at the reporting of the exchange when being met needing proof of acknowledging the consumer identification label and recordship with your tax credit provider.
At the consumer identified this industry. The credit bureau has the proper duty of being reported to on the claimship of renting at the address, by the managing party responding. It is not seen that just living at the address prompts the claimship of tax document recordship to be reported. Credit bureaus that exchange paymented tax credit information by iniatives supporting these credits with property managed companies may be the oversight redeeming valid or "verified" occupancy. Well, at my response, I think overseeing a notoriezed letter clarifying the exchange of appropriational renting had been needed.
This apparency to the registration that any mortgage, utility bill, phone company, trash company, or reciept of deposit may redeem the ramification of being a verified tax credit, and may hold you by the property management of being a proof-in-statement recordship. The tax registered documentation may be obtainable having the ownership deed of tax registered property.
The auditor of the property mortgage tax may redeem registered jurisdictional priveledge- making too, however who really knows. Who has the record of paying the bill that came in the mail to the City of Everett for $2,X XX.00, that I didn't get reciept for? Does this reciept hold proof? But mostly what I am saying is that I needed the response by The Rental Connection at their collected use to justify that if the notoriezed documentation (letter) is all I can provide, then it is all I can provide.
I even had my attorney from a case we had be dropped and thus be sought for to redeem the transcription that proof being witnessing may have been his authority to testify that I lived where I lived, and was what I needed at the luck, but he refused to be of use or to hear me out. Maybe it the quandry is really to Rick Webster and separate, Curtis Brooks where I lived, and thus paid the City Bill over, and then after renting $400.00 to; to The Rental Connection- for not providing me an ounce of encouragement, and then to my lawyer for good luck, 'cuz I'll need it. Like Verification of Nothing/ Whatever has to be omitted or not clarified. It just needs contained- so what is the big deal?

We have been renting through these nice folks for a year now. We have a small contracting business and many other rental companies wouldn't even consider us. Even though we have excellent credit and references we were treated as inferior. Not here they welcomed us and my life is so much better because of their trust in us. This place is beautiful and if there is a problem they are on it and have it fixed immediately by quality workmen I trust too.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! I am a very professional and extremely clean person, lived there one year, Paid on time/early every month, gave over 30 days notice, Professionally cleaned the carpets, provided receipt. They charged me to replace a refrigerator door that had a nickel-sized ding in it "falls under normal wear and tear" Mind You they didn't bother to replace the interior doors - when I moved in the last tenant's dog chewed and clawed everyone of them up and they didn't bother to clean up their paint spills all over kitchen floor and on the windows - nor provide a garage door opener which I had to buy or fix the door with a hole in it!
I left the place cleaner than when I moved in and they gouged me on my deposit refund! NO proof that they replaced! no return calls to my request to do a walk through with them when I moved out just a check for nearly half of what my deposit was!

When we gave our 30-day notice, Linda (Property Manager) felt it was ok to show up to the property unannounced and attempt to enter the premises without lawful notice. Then when she was asked to leave, she waited in front of our house for 30 minutes until my husband came home to greet her window. she then left promptly. Our final city utility bill was deducted from our deposit for the rental company to pay.
We received several late and final notices only to find out it'd been paid 1.5-mo after our move out date! Not to mention our deposit was not returned to us in accordance to their contract. If you do decide to rent from them, make sure to plan your move out dates accordingly. We were afraid if you went a few days into the next month they would charge a full month without prorate since their tenant contract does not mention anything about prorated move out dates, only move in days. Also, their move out inspection checklist is a joke. Tons of misspelled and inappropriate wording reflecting their lack of professionalism.
Not to mention they indicate to not fill any nail holes in the walls but our original contract states if they are not filled we will be charged per hole upon move out. There were several other minor altercations between our 2 yrs of residency. these were just a few to tip the ice berg on worst property management. My best advice, look elsewhere for rentals or buy!
From an insiders report, they are losing clients left and right resulting them in taking money from clients in any means possible to accommodate for their inappropriate business.

I have rented from The Rental Connection Inc for about a year and a half now and have had no problems. John showed me the apartment, twice, as I couldn't make up my mind. He was patient and answered all my questions. Here's the deal, as I see it - I pay my rent on time, I follow the rules and I am respectful of my neighbors. I've had a couple problems over the past year.
At one point my dishwasher had some issues, I called and they sent someone in within 24 hours to fix it - a completely reasonable period of time, it's just a dishwasher. A company came out to pressure wash the outside of the complex and they broke the outside pane of a window. The Rental Connection fixed it, they took care of everything while I was at work.
Their office staff is always super nice whenever I go in to drop off my check for the month. As long as your a reasonable person, they're reasonable people and there won't be any problems. Every time I've dealt with them they have been reliable and helpful. I have recommended them to multiple friends living in the Everett area.
