The home features 7 bedrooms, 5 of which are ensuite. A poker table, pool table, and bar compliment the spacious great room overlooking the 14th green on Rope Rider. Over 1400 feet of outdoor living including large in ground spa and outdoor kitchen make this house one of the most enjoyable in Suncadia.
Cascade Mountain provided our family with an exceptional vacation experience. The home was perfectly set for our use. From the fully stocked kitchen to the pack-n-play for our youngest the home had everything that we needed. Their Destination Service Director was a great source of information on the area and provided a list of suggestions of family activities.

Update 6/17: After leaving this review Cascade Mountain issued a partial refund that came out to 22.6% of the total. I'm grateful for that (+1 star). They are still claiming there's no evidence of a bat infestation despite the photos I took of fresh bat feces and the bats themselves. --- Property not as described - very dirty. Appliances (e.g. outdoor TV) that were in the listing did not work. An active bat infestation between the bedroom and living area/bathroom meant the family staying in that bedroom departed early. Marcie offered no reimbursement or compensation other than "clean it up yourself."

Stay far, far, far away from these guys. This is one of many LLC's they got running all over the place. They will offer shady transactions thinking they are saving you money and then they will steal from you. They are wiring funds all around the world to rip people off. Not traceable but there is now way they are getting "hacked" this much. Just go through a reputable company.
