If this is your first time logging into your account and you have not received your login credentials, you will need to contact our office. Please note that we currently manage properties only within Washington State. All online payments are processed through Buildium. If your account with Buildium has not been set up, you will need to contact the Impact office at info@impactpropertymgmt.com or 425-334-6361 and we will email you your login information.
Prior to applying for any of our properties, make sure you meet the required criteria that is noted within that particular listing. Prior to applying for the property, you will be able to review our general screening criteria and Tenant acceptance policy. You may also review the policy here. We do NOT accept portable screening reports.

The worst rental agency, I had problems with my bank account at the time of payment and they blocked my online payments for every month I have to travel to the office in Lake Stevens I live in Lynnwood I also told them that I am in a bad state of health and I'm pregnant and my husband is out of town and they treated me badly and insulted me and they never answer email address. and when you have problems with noisy neighbors they never do anything they ignore your calls. Really do not rent with them.

I have been on both sides of being a customer to Impact Property Management. I was a tenant for one of their property's for two years and whenever I had an issue it would always get solved. They way they treated me as a tenant is the exact reason why I chose them to manage my property. I've worked closely with Mike and his team for the past 3 years and will continue! They have been very responsive to any request that I have had. I have asked for statements for my taxes and my expenses and received those within minutes. They let me know when the tenants has maintenance requests. Mike has great to work with. He helped me get rid of bad tenant years ago and after that, I am so glad Impact manages my house.
