She is receptive to requests/complaints, and bends over backwards to make sure her clients are taken care of.

They manage our condo complex. They are very poor. They do not let you know what is going on. They don't communicate with you, they don't follow up on complaints. I have been trying for over 2 years trying to get a drain properly repaired. The slim on the front porch is dangerous and the resulting mold and mildew could be contaminating my front wall.
I have a calcium buildup on my front window caused by a sprinkler that is soaking the window every time the system comes on. I asked to have the window acid cleaned and the sprinkler that is causing the problem to be fixed. Not even a comment or confirmation from NW Management. I have sent several emails and numerous phone calls. Well here we are two years later May 2022 The drain has not been fixed, the window is so covered in calcium I can hardly see thru it.
And now we have a new problem, a few weeks ago we had a wet snow storm with high winds. A large branch for the douglas fir tree came loose and punched a large hole clear thru my patio roof. I again reported it to NW Management. They were very rude, I asked them to let me know how and when the hole would be fixed. To date nothing. I left 2 phone messages and have not heard a word. I don't know why we continue to pay them for all this "un service", non professional attitude and total lack of "caring" for the tenants who pay them

If it was possible to give minus stars I would! They are discrimatory, they try to keep your application fees even if they never run a check. They try to say that black mold that is in the wood of the window seals is burn marks from the sun hitting the product. When Andrew showed up to show us the property he walked right past us did not say hello or he was just unlocked the house and walked in looking board an inconvenienced that he had to show us the property.
It was dirty, moldy and Leslie's son ( Andrew) knew nothing about the property if they planned to replace the stove and dishwasher from the 60's that looked barely functional and were again covered in nasty ness. They will claim they sent you an email or left a voice mail when they in fact have not. Leslie is rude, talks over you or just bluntly lie to you.
They take your application and the fee then say things like " well I am seeking counsel because I think in Washington we only have to accept one service animal per household. If that was the case then Leslie and her sons should have been up front about discrimination towards those who are disabled. If you can avoid this lying, money hungry, dishonest, shady "family run" business I would!

Unfortunately 0 stars is not a option. These people are slumlords, and thieves. Repairs requests are delayed and only half completed. They will take your security deposit and use it in addition to the non refundable cleaning and carpet fees. The swindlers also charged us for utility bills that were paid IN FULL after move out and at the time of this posting refuse to respond or answer for their actions. This"company" is the definition of crooks.
I have never felt it necessary to leave a review on a management group but I feel it a public service to warn others about their abhorrent business practices. AVOID AT ALL COST.

They are scammers be careful do not deal with this company they take money for applications and never call you they just sent a letter with denial even if your history is perfect and perfect income, i had to call them every few days to find out and they took weeks when i called them again in a week they said your application was denied for no reason they never called to let me know so i would start looking for other rent, wasted so much of my time and money, my application got denied because i had great rental history and credit score and great income, when i asked whats the reason for denial?cause i was shook that i got denied first time ever with a great history and they had no answers, they make any reason to deny your application to collect hundreds of dollers from people it cost me $100 to apply and can you imagine how many people apply everyday and they deny them to collect money by scamming them. stay away from this company unless you want to get scammed by them.

Absolutely horrible customer service! If you are renting through this company you are treated as a second class person by the management. I've rented through NW ME for over 3.5 years without missing a payment. One time USPS lost my payment (which they sent later), causing a late $50 fee. I was told by Leslie Willey that the only way they would remove the fee if a written request is submitted.
After writing a letter expelling the reason, Willey still refused to remove the fee. So much for being a loyal customer. If you can, steer clear of NW Management Exclusive, total jerks.

This property management had gotten kind of a bad rap the past few years but they're been nothing but uber helpful to me and my family. Leslie has gone above and beyond - especially when my family was given a 20 day notice at Christmas time. Leslie found us a new place and was so helpful with it that we are so thankful - we like our new place even better! I will say that the one drawback here is the entire company only has properties that don't sign any leases so that can seem rather daunting but like I said, they are great!

DO NOT employ this company! Our home was trashed and Leslie didn't return phone calls - we have to put thousands of dollars into fixing the repairs & then heard nightmare stories from the neighbours about the tenants that Leslie approved to be in our home. The account lady is one of the rudest people we have dealt with. They didn't seem to do an exit check-list as we found so many problems & the tenants weren't even charged for the repairs - we were going to receive a bill from Northwest Management Exclusive for damages done by the tenants! If there was a a 0 star we would choose that over a 1. How this company is still is business is beyond our understanding!
