Gary and his staff were extremely helpful. I was going through a very difficult time with a probate lawyer and the courts trying to sell my moms home. Gary was always assisting with the lawyer and always reaching out to me to let me know what was going on with the probate, as my lawyer was not very helpful. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value The guy is very angry for no reason, as soon as he picked the phone up it was instant attitude when all I wanted to do was ask a simple question. I never spoke to the guy also so him getting upset is very unprofessional, before I could even finish my question he had hung up the phone.
