Alessandro is the man! (Seriously). Most agents' I've encountered during my apartment search for the last seven years have been unprofessional and are clouded by dollar signs. My girlfriend and I had the great pleasure of working with Megan King and could not be more satisfied. We found her by accident when looking at another listing, but when that was already taken, she went above and beyond to present us with other options. We knew exactly what we were looking for and she came back with several options that fit our criteria perfectly.

We ended up renting an apartment a month and a half in advance during peak renting season (which wasn't even advertised) because she knew the right places to look. She was also extremely prompt, helpful, and attentive. When we needed to get cashier's checks, she went ahead unprompted to see if the place she referred us to was still issuing them and when she found out that it wasn't, she found another spot (and checked it in person herself).

When she learned that we may have trouble making it to the leasing office for closing, she came to my girlfriend's office to pick up all the materials and closed it on our behalf. I would not hesitate to work with her again and will be sure to recommend her to all my friends. Please do yourself this favor and seek her out - you will not regret it.

I worked with Broker Enide Douillard and I have never been more pleased with my experience. This is my second time looking for an apartment in NY and have never had someone who was as reliable or efficient as her. I told her exactly what I wanted and surprisingly she managed to find me a place that had EVERYTHING on my checklist AND in my budget. I can't say enough great things about Afik! He made the process of finding a great new apartment so easy and quick! Update: The management company introduced to me by Caliber has, nearly 9 months later, reimbursed me in total for my security deposit. I'm not sure if Caliber contacted them, or if they decided to pay attention for some other reason, but I am happy about the suddenly swift resolution. For the record, I did have a very good experience with the Caliber broker.

Daniella from Caliber has assisted us with finding the perfect apartment. We were relocating from abroad and therefore the whole process was done remotely. She visited locations, took pictures, videos, checked for additional questions and kept on assisting way after we've already signed the lease - at ANY hour. Tresor is the best of the best! He showed us beautiful apartments and, after we were denied an apartment we had waited almost two weeks to hear about (Tresor was in their office almost every day asking for updates) he met with us that same day to show us more properties. Tresor knows the ins and outs of NYC real estate and is incredibly friendly with not only us, but with all the leasing agents with whom we met.

I found a listing on StreetEasy for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on in turtle bay listed by Michael Rockman and Rohit Kumar as associates of Caliber so I made the trip to see the place. Rohit met me there and I asked to wait for my fiance which he insisted in showing me the place immediately although I got there 15 mins early. I was very excited about the large actually the word "massive" was used in the description and it also said in the description that the apartment can flex to a 2 bedroom which made me believe it was a true 1 bedroom 1 bathroom.

Once I entered the apartment I quickly realized that the apartment was a small studio. When I asked Rohit where the bedroom was he said "this is it". A complete waste of my time and efforts in apartment searches

Orit is was a joy to work with. Hardworking, charismatic, and was really helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the whole rental process. Her hours were very flexible and she worked around the clock to help me find the right place. It was more like getting to know a friend than finding an apartment. After having worked with 10+ brokers for my first apartment hunting in NYC, I have found Adi Evron at Caliber to be an exceptional industry-leading broker. She is knowledgable, honest, passionate, and professional at all times and went above and beyond to find many options that satisfied my strict criteria, which, from a broker perspective, could've been a "complex and trying" request from a client. I recently moved to NYC from Honolulu and was lost when it came to finding my first apartment here. I reached out to Caliber via an online posting and was matched with Timmy Perparim. Timmy was such a pleasure to work with. He was patient, enthusiastic, and thorough explaining all the details about each listing we saw and negotiated my final lease.

He even came to my lease signing appointment with me to make sure everything went smoothly. Finding an apartment in Manhattan can be very stressful, but I'm glad I had Timmy to work through it with me.

Daphne was very helpful and honest when helping us obtain our apartment. She did not sugar coat things for us and as young professionals moving into our first apartment, she guided us through the process. Daphne was also extremely communicative and kept us in the loop as we waited for our application to be approved. The process was not completely smooth but this isn't something we blame on Daphne, but rather the company she works for, Caliber.

The information she was given was not accurate. For example, she claimed that the rent was stabilized during our apartment tour, but upon signing the lease we learned that it actually wasn't stabilized. She/Caliber was also misleading about what the landlord would allow in terms of our guarantor. This initially caused us to almost lose the apartment if we hadn't come up with a lucky, last minute guarantor solution.

After we got approved for the apartment, Caliber was demanding and inflexible with our work schedules. They were also inflexible with our guarantor's schedule. Upon moving in, we would call our Super to ask basic questions such as setting up electricity, and he said that these questions should have been explained by our broker, but that this was also typical broker behavior. Overall, we are happy that we have an apartment and thankful for Daphne's help but we wish Caliber offered better customer service.

As first-time apartment renters, Caliber could have been more understanding about our situation and clear to us regarding the nuts and bolts of moving in for the first time. We recommend Daphne but just be aware when working with Caliber that you have your questions ready, do your research as much as possible, and be firm in what you need and want.

Pavlina was amazing! From the minute I met her, I knew I was in good hands. She is very professional, knows what she's doing and very nice person. She was attentive and helpful throughout the process. We could have not find the perfect place without her! I had made a couple of appointments with different brokers to see new apartments. I was moving from the West Coast to the East Coast and the broker - Afik Azulay blocked off a whole day to take me around the whole city and look at 10-15 buildings all around midtown, hell's kitchen, fidi, battery park, etc. Afik was very professional, passionate, and friendly.
