Sanitation and Safety Requirements of the transient lodging statutes. All lodging should review such procedures to ensure compliance. Cleaning personnel and vacation rental staff should follow CDC handwashing guidelines throughout the day and should remove gloves, use hand sanitizer and put on fresh gloves after handling dirty linens.
A 25% deposit is due upon reserving the vacation rental. For larger rental properties, an additional security deposit will be collected. All final payments must be paid 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Deposits may be paid by cash, bank check, travelers checks, Visa, Master-card, or Discover.
St. Pete Beach is a Florida resort city set on a barrier island, west of St. Petersburg. It's known for its beaches. A 1928 landmark, the pink Moorish-style Don CeSar Hotel looms over the shore. The Pass-A-Grille area offers galleries, shops and the Gulf Beaches Historical Museum, which displays postcards and other artifacts in a 1917 church.

I would like to thank Mathew Neurberger at Sandcastle Realty for the Stress free experience we had booking our vacation rental, he was very informative and he took the time to answer all of our questions, from checking in to checking out all went as it should we stayed at Sunset Chateau the room was very nice and clean, we will be booking our next vacation rental very soon

Booked with these guys months in advance for a honeymoon/ family vacation. 5 days before the trip they emailed to say we couldn't have the beach house and we were upgraded to a better house off the water or we could have our money back. So we asked for a refund to try to get a house on the beach last minute. They refunded some of the money but still have 1925.00.
We called multiple times and even stopped in on our vacation to try to get our money back. Nothing but excuses. Of course the only person who could pay us is never there. I'm giving every bad review I can and calling a lawyer. Hope you have extra money if you book with these clowns.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Went through this company several times, and now I've had it. The whole office is highly unorganized. They take pride in their lies. They do not care about your time, they are very rude (especially Elizabeth) and I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

After tying to get this business to rent our property they suddening cancelled the contract. They didn't want to have to call us before entering the property. Using this excuse but then stating after that it was actually that it wasn't worth it to them? Being in the business in another state, I've never had an experiance that was so unresponsive and unprofessional. They didn't even have the curtisy to call us but rather sent an e-mail. Pathetic.

I rented a Airbnb owned by Sandcastle Realty and they were excellent to do business with. When we needed assistance with some appliances they were very responsive and professional even when it was outside of office hours. I would love to rent this Airbnb from them again and would trust them to do business with in the future.
