Our rental smelled like mold & urine. There furniture upon arrival was soaking wet from pool water and one chair was soaking wet with urine along with a urine stain. The dishwasher has broken fragments of metal with rust on the inside. We had to go to the store to buy room spray to mask the odor along with plastic utensils and paper ware because the dishes the until came with smelled like mildew due to the smell and condition of the cabinets.

The unit was not clean at all upon arrival dirty plate settings covered in food, matted and stained carpet, dirty windows, beds without proper sheets and pillows without covers. All of this did not match the units pictures & discretion online. The agency begun doing maintenance on our until while we were on vacation coming in and out of our unit replacing fire detectors & filters.

Manager ignored phone calls and hid from all the issues provided. There was mold in the shower. Cigarette burns on the shower curtain. And so much more I can't even list. Very bad management and service shady company.

Have been renting through RR at Land's End Condos, Treasure Island for over 15 years.always enjoyed this peaceful friendly place. Returning after COVID, sad that it seems to have been taken over by the 'Kremlin'. Renters first notice the 'Royal Book of Rules' thrown at them repeatedly both before and after arrival.then they see all common amenities now under newly installed electronic lock and key.fully expect to see barbed wire to go up around the boardwalk any day now.

Most galling, seems the condo board is funding their (unnecessary) new security measures on the backs, of course, the renters.charging a new never seen before $30 cash "parking fee" at the gate.renters already pay unit owners handsomely for use of their parking spaces.they would be wise to realize that the 'biddies on the board' are scaring their customers away!

Super friendly and very attentive. Reacted fast to requests. TV failed in the rental unit, they came within 45 min with a brand new one. Very impressed.

The office manager, Dennis, is very unprofessional and very weak at his job. There's been many times where Scott, an office staff eployee, will coordinate certain small companies to have work done at their beat up rental properties and then they do not pay the companies after. This is an ongoing issue between the both of them. Dennis is just wannabe tough guy on the phone but does not have any solutions available for this continuous unethical practice of not paying companies for services rendered. Resort rentals as a company is a joke, only clowns run the show over there.

We had a great experience renting a Madeira Beach condo through Resort Rentals. I think your experience will vary greatly on the condo you choose, there's nothing the company can do if you don't spring for a nicer unit. We chose a perfect one, renovated within the past year and right on the beach as promised. We booked through VRBO which was super easy.

About a week before our trip we received an email with check in info. When we arrived at their office (even after office hours), we received a packet with 2 lobby keys, a key code for our rental, a copy of the covenants and some other helpful info. Unfortunately, a day into our trip we experienced an issue with the dishwasher in our rental. It would not start.

We called the office and it was too late to get someone out that day, but they came as promised the next day while we were at the beach, got it fixed, and the maintenance guy even left his cell number in case we needed anything else (which we didn't). I appreciated that all our needs were anticipated before we arrived as well as the speedy maintenance. We'd definitely rent from RR again!

My family have used Resort Rentals for over 15 years. They were amazing while they were a small property management company. Now, I don't think I will rent with them anymore. You are being charged an arm and a leg for service fees, and cleaning fees. The last 2 years each condo we rented was dirty, with hair left all over. And trust me if you complain nothing will be done about it.

My family and I have rented from Resort Realty a number of times over the years, and unfortunately they've been steadily going downhill. The older gentleman Bill who works there loses a lot of details so be sure to verify anything he says with someone else. Also they inexplicably did not have the pool cleaned and it was unusable during a recent stay - it was actually a health risk.

There are plenty of rental options up and down the beaches so be sure to shop around. Additional info: Thanks! I'm happy to post Bill V's full name, phone number, and business card if it helps your HR department. He indeed works there, but thanks for trying.

Stayed in unit 4303 Lands End Unit was full of mold broken shower, toilet did not work. The unit had never been updated since the 80s. The patio had black mold on every piece of furniture, every blind in the unit was falling apart. No one will ever believe this the bed was broken not only was it broken it was being held up by two pieces of wood and a skillet.

Yes I said a skillet. Paint was falling literally off the ceilings in all bathrooms most of the lights were burnt out in the unit. I blame this on resort rental the property manager clearly does not checked the units. The property manager came over to the unit as well as the maintenance man very very disappointing. This should have never been rented out.

This was the first time we've ever stayed there at this property. The property was very pretty however the unit was terrible. Most of the people at the resort rental office were not very nice including Dawn which I think she may be the office manager. Everyone had an excuse, no matter what it is resort rentals responsibility to make sure the units are clean and safe. I thought about calling Tampa Bay news and bringing them over to show them the conditions. And I still may do that I have many many pictures of the condition of the unit.

Worst vacation due to poor communication or planning on getting building painted. We couldn't even find our unit when we got here because they had painter's tape all over everything. The painters left an eyesore if a machine in front of our balcony during sunset time. Separately from the paint situation- The first thing I noticed was water over the floors when I arrived.

We wasted 2 days of our vacation waiting for maintenance people to come. 1st it was the A/C person and the next day it was the carpet cleaning people. The carpet cleaning people left a huge industrial fan which was extremely loud in our unit for 4 days. Don't stay in building 9! Everything is beautiful on the outside, but this isn't the vacation we planned for, so I hope to get a partial refund. The property manager did call to apologize for inconveniences, but I haven't heard anything since then. Also, one of the security guards is extremely rude.

Beware of this company. Nobody in that office has a clue what they are doing. When you call them, nobody knows what is going on but do not have a problem charging your card for money. Then had the audacity to tell the customer they are wrong because I wanted a refund for one night due to an inconvenience. If it wasn't for tourist, you would not be in business.

They will make you drive to their location to pick up the key, which cost money if you are not from here. We drove to pick up the key, and there wasn't a key for us. We waited almost two hours for someone to get in contact with us after calling. Finally, someone who knew what to do did call and give us our rental information @10pm. Everyone else was useless.

After traveling all day with two small children, then having to deal with this, you would think they would have a little more compassion. NO. It's all about money, and the rental is not even worth close to what we paid. The rental is trash. I really wish I could add pictures to show you all. There's a closet in the apartment where it looks like a washer and dryer should be there and messy patch up work on the ceiling like my child fixed something. Also, they advertised an ocean view, there's no ocean view.

They advertise outdoor furniture, there's none. This company is a joke. Nevertheless, the mistake could of all be avoided if everyone in the office was well informed on their rental properties.

My family and I Booked a vacation with Resort rentals (Amadeus) in Treasure Island Florida in 2019 for April 2020. When the Virus hit we decided it was not safe to travel from NY to Florida. I called to cancel (a week into the virus) and Resort Rentals would not allow me to cancel. The only option I was given was to rebook for another time in 2020. Reluctantly I moved the booking to December 20th 2020.

Now that the 2nd wave is in full force my family is once again nervous and concerned to travel from NY to Florida. I tried again to ask for an extension into 2021 and Resort Rentals would not allow it. I explained that if I bring my family down to Florida aside from the risk associated with travel upon return I would have to quarantine for 2 weeks because of my job.

I would be unpaid during those 2 weeks. Once again Resort Rentals did not care and continued to tell me to use it or lose the full $3400. I am at the point now where I either have to drive from NY to Florida next week during a 2nd wave of the virus or LOSE the whole $3400 cost of rental. I have asked several times throughout the year to move my family vacation into 2021 and each time I am told they will not do it and everything is fine in Florida.

Again I am not asking for a refund. I'm just looking to move it to another time in 2021. My suggestion to anyone thinking about dealing with RESORT RENTALS- AMADEUS property is to find another company and condo. RESORT RENTALS has been nothing but unreasonable and uninterested in this whole process. They have their money and anything beyond that is my problem.

My family and I were and are looking forward to the day we can once again travel safely to Treasure Island Florida (we go several times per year) but I promise you and desperately urge you to not book with Resort Rentals. With a little effort and research you will find many other vacation Rental properties NOT NAMED RESORT RENTALS in Florida and the Treasure Island area.

I URGE and BEG YOU TO NOT BOOK WITH RESORT RENTALS. They are a non compassionate company with little regard for human safety and the well being of others. I wish I could give Zero stars because one star is way to kind.

We had a terrific vacation at Emerald Isles! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. And you just can't beat being directly on the beach. We forgot one of our cell phones when we left and the office staff was so helpful! They took it to the UPS Store and we had it back in two days. I will definitely rent this condo again.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS. I rented Villa Madeira #206. Took rental money during pandemic against governors orders and refused a refund. Violated terms of their own contract. Villa Madeira #206 was a dump. Filthy dirty with blood on two of the bedsheets. Carpeting stunk and was very old and dirty. The building walls were thin and we heard neighbors walking on floors, coughing and closing doors. Stay away.

****BEWARE ****Will not recommend Resort Rentals due to how they are handling cancellation due to Covid-19. We wont be able to experience the rental because of the virus, the only reason we had to cancel. They are still withholding $100 cancellation fee (administration fee). Realy, for what? I did everything online, I spoke to your admin for 2 minutes. During these times you would think they would take care of their future guests better!

We recently stayed at Seahorse Condominium #401. The unit is bright and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 6 plus and occasional guest. We were steps from beautiful soft sand that the kids enjoyed playing in daily. Great pool area on your way out to the beach and across the street delicious pizza and an ice cream parlor. There was no need for me to leave the condo except to get groceries.

Everything was right there including a full sized washer and dryer so laundry was done before we came home. The vacation was perfect! Can't wait to go back just as soon as we can!

Unit 401 building 8: To say the condo we just got was dirty is an understatement. My mom had an asthma attack within an hour of sitting down, and the AC doesn't blow in the bedrooms so there is no ventilation. I sliced my finger open and got blood on my clothes the first time I pulled the hall bathroom toilet handle which is razor sharp and rusty (I had to get glued up by EMT and will likely have to get a tetanus shot).

Nearly everything is filthy and unsanitary. Food residue all over the kitchen. Mold, mildew, rust.it's absolutely disgusting. The smell is unbearable. I am calling Pinellas Health Inspector Monday morning. DISGUSTING NOT FIT TO BE RENTED EVER AGAIN.

I stayed at Trillium 1C with my 2 teenage daughters for 5 nights. The condo was well stocked, clean, lots of space, great view, good location. Sunsets were beautiful. It wasn't too busy as it was off season and was a great place for a relaxing trip before getting back to school. The booking was easy and resort rentals gave lots of information at booking and also when we picked up the keys. Answered any questions we had happily and quickly. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing rental experience! We usually camp and this was our first time renting somewhere. There were 6 adults on this trip and we stayed at Villa Madeira. There was enough space in the condo where we weren't tripping over each other. The location was amazing and the view from the screened in porch was breath taking. The building is quiet, the pool was warm and the beach location wasn't busy or crowded.

The lady that checked us in on our first day, Gail, was amazing and welcoming. She recommended a lot of stuff for us to do and what restaurants to go to. This location was only a mile from Johns Pass. 10/10 would stay again!

Most of my complaints are with the unit itself - not the Land's End complex as a whole. Just to keep that in mind. Note: We stayed in Land's End, unit 401, building 10. Other Note: While there are beach chair services on other parts of the island, because of how close to the edge of the island Land's End is, there is no beach chair service at this part of the island. Other, Other Note: Beach is ungroomed!

While this leads to a lot more wildlife and birds to look at, it also means pretty gnarly sand that's very rough on bare feet. Keep this in mind when packing. Water shoes and flip-flops are recommended. PROS: -The unit itself was located right on the beach. If you wanted regular beach access, quite a few of their properties seem to provide that.

Our unit was within a 3-minute walk to the beach with multiple pathways to get there. -The Land's End property was well-groomed. There's no overgrown grass. Staff comes out and cleans the pool on weekdays. Nice flowers are planted along the walkways and gazebos and benches are in pretty good shape. There are a decent amount of sand-washing areas right off the walks as well - though we occasionally wished they were easier to access on every area. (A single wash spot can get full on occasions with people.) -There's parking underneath each individual building with individually-assigned parking spots.

Not only does this provide some shade for the hot sun and inclement weather, but you'll be so close to the elevator for your building that you'll only have to walk a few steps to make it inside. It's very convenient parking. -While fussy in the beginning to get it set up, the gated entrance seems pretty helpful in keeping this part of the beach relatively safe and comfortable.

We had no problem with the gated entrance for food deliveries, and getting in and out was simple. -The unit is comfortable and spacious - especially for the four people it's designed to house. You have multiple balconies, a roomy living room and kitchen, and enough tile at the entrance of the unit to help reduce the amount of sand running through the house. CONS: -When we first checked into our unit, both of the showers were entirely unusable water-temperature-wise.

It was to the point where I'm unsure how housekeeping could have actually cleaned either of these showers without noticing something was wrong. So they either need to talk to housekeeping about reporting issues or they didn't keep up on fixing it before we arrived. We checked in late on Friday, so there wasn't much left of the weekdays, but when we called, they agreed to have someone come out first thing Saturday morning.

The guy did what he could for us on Saturday in order for us to have at least one working shower, and he said he'd be back first-thing Monday to fix the remaining shower. He was there on Monday before 10AM as promised. So checking into a resort where things are obviously broken is sucky, but Resort Rentals did a great job addressing it as soon as possible. -Other small things are oddly unworking.

The nightlight lightbulbs are all burned out in the bathrooms. One of the lights on the outdoor porch was burned out. The bathroom fan in the master bathroom doesn't turn on. It's an odd, small assortment of things, but it does show a lack of attention to detail. -The unit appears to be functionally clean when you check-in. However, some of the smaller details (similar to the functionality of items) seems to be missing.

Furniture is spotless and clean and the refrigerator glass shelves are devoid of any stains, but there are dead bugs in the balcony door tracts and dust on the baseboards. A deep clean every month or so might be really good for the unit. -It may not be the case at all Resort Rentals units, but at this particular one, the refrigerator and cabinets were entirely devoid of anything aside from dinnerware and cookware.

If you plan on eating at home and doing your own cooking, this either means accepting a lack of any spices (other than salt or pepper), condiments, oils, etc., or going to the store to purchase all of those items just to toss them at the end of the stay. If you're driving, you might be able to pack all of those things ahead of time. -Be aware that getting to places takes a decent amount of time. Since you're on the very edge of the island, it's at least a 10-minute drive to get to any businesses (aside from a select few within 5 minutes).

This was our first time using Resort Realty. They were extremely helpful with our reservations and our stay. We stayed at the Villa Madeira #608. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We have three active children and the lack of breakable items in the condo allowed me to relax also. We love to watch for dolphins in the ocean. The sunsets are beautiful.

We have visited the area three times in the past four years this was by far our best visit. We stayed for two weeks at Christmas. My 8 year old daughter left a Christmas gift behind. I called the office, they contacted the cleaning crew and the gift was mailed back to my daughter. It was Perfect. I can't wait to book our next visit.
