Best Beach Rental & Sales

We had a wonderful time! The unit was clean, easy access to the beach and had great places to eat across the street. Parking was so easy because we had two spaces with the unit. I would highly recommend this unit! We will book this unit again!

Our stay at the Gulf Winds was great. The unit we stayed at was bright and the floor plan was open and spacious. It was nice to have the pool right outside and a quick walk to the beach.

Very easy booking and check-in process. The condo's are very well maintained and the location to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment couldn't be better. We look forward to returning.

Thank you Betty. We are from Arizona and long time customers and the assistance we get year around from Betty is outstanding, she truly is a "gem" of customer service. The Gulf Strand is by far the best condo on St. Pete Beach, the views are out of this world.

Management is so nice and accommodating, the maids are awesome. The bartenders at the tiki bar are fun, the drinks are delicious pool is warm and hot tub is hot. Right across from the beach. Loved it.

I am extremely satisfied with the staff at TRS. From the moment I sent a sent a request about the unit before I booked it, until the day I returned the keys, the staff at TRS was extremely helpful and their communication was top notch. A couple of weeks before I was to check into a unit that they manage, they discovered an issue with the condo. They emailed me with several options of other properties they manage that I could transfer my reservation to, or they offered me a discount if I decided to stay in the original unit for the slight inconvenience of not having access to a certain amenity.

I chose to stay since I liked the location of the condo, and they promptly issued me a partial refund to my credit card as promised. Their office is conviently located, and the check in and out process was quick. I will, without a doubt, check out TRS again for a condo to rent the next time we're vacationing in the Madeira Beach area.

The place is very well located, the apartment is very beautiful and small enough, it has a new sofa, chairs, umbrella, but it does not have beach towels and is in need of a deep clean. I had to clean the fans because dirt was falling; I complained to the front desk, they said they do not have time. I had a problem with the tv; I asked them to fix it, they replied that it is not a hotel and I had to call the cable company myself.

There were no extra toilet paper or garbage bags, I had to go out and buy some. It is not possible to contact the owner of the apartment for any problems that need to be solved. The pool is super small for 2 huge buildings, there is a 11 person max in that area. Everyone is only allowed one space in the parking lot and if there are more cars you have to pay.

I spoke with Katrina, extremely rude snotty employee! The cleaning staff DOES NOT CLEAN! Our unit was beyond disgusting, I cleaned it myself. We stayed at Royal Orleans unit 212 in Redington Beach FL. There were actual dirty dishes in out kitchen cabinets, the bathroom floor was absolutely disgusting, kitchen drawers were unbelievably dirty. You would think with Covid. they would do better. Dirty dishes in the cabinets.wth?!
