Great rental home experience this past July, we hope to make it an annual event. We left items behind by mistake and Katie went above and beyond and helped arrange to get the items back! Thanks again.

We bought a house that an agent with this firm had listed. The house was older and had been unoccupied for a while. After we took possession, it became clear that someone had moved furniture to hide mold under the floors, had placed air fresheners in cabinets and closets to hide the odor caused by mold and mildew, had sprayed to hide the carpenter ant infestation, etc.

The cover up was clear after those extraordinary measures were removed or stopped by us. Unfortunately neither our agent or our inspector was able to see beyond these measures before we made settlement but we know our agent was not the one putting air fresheners in cabinets and closets! We spent tens of thousands of dollars to correct critical issues that were glossed over by whomever staged and prepped the house we bought. Be careful who you trust!

This review is regarding realtor Heidi Pickard. Sellers beware: I do not think this realtor represents your best interests. A house was listed on a late Tuesday afternoon. I saw the listing and my realtor scheduled an appointment for that Saturday since I was not available until then. On Friday afternoon the appointment was cancelled, because the house had an accepted offer already.

I am surprised that this realtor did not wait until at least Monday to give people with scheduled appointments a chance to see the house. I know a lot of appointments were already booked for the weekend. She should have allowed more time for additional offers to come in too, especially since houses have been getting multiple offers lately (Fall 2020).

She could have put a message on the listing asking for "Highest and best offer" by a specific date. This is routinely done. I thought realtors are supposed to help get the best possible price for their clients. I also have to wonder if this realtor or someone from her company brought an offer to the table and wanted to keep the entire commission. I would never use this realtor to sell my house. Too bad for this seller too, because I probably would have bid over the asking price if I liked the house.

I just have one thing to say Heidi and Jeff go above and beyond for there clients they are not like other realtors they are not looking for a quick sale they are there to make you happy all the lake Naomi team are very kind and helpful I've been dealing with them over 20 years and my beloved Susan was our angel in a great sale we love you sue always. Absolutely wonderful place with great people. We recently rented a house in Timber trails for a ski weekend and the process could not have been any smoother. I made a mistake on the dates of the booking and everyone jumped to make sure I could continue with my weekend. They contacted the owner and arranged a quick switch of my rental dates with zero impact to my weekend. The house itself was wonderful and we had zero issues. A+ all around.

Jeff Dockswell has to be one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable and helpful real estate professionals we've had the pleasure of working with. Not only is he a straight-shooter and unfraid of telling realities like they are, he was able to make us see things from a different angle. You see, I came to Lake Naomi thinking strictly in terms of business: buy a house for X, rent it by Y, see if there's a profit, the end. Talking with Jeff (and after he gave us a tour of the club's amenities) I'm now switching my thinking to "how many summers left do I have before my kids grow up?" and "what's the price of *that* compared to a property here?".
