Purchased my home with the help of Mary. She was super helpful and patient with the process. So glad I chose her to represent me.

I came across Mary Enck Reality 4 years ago. I worked with Patricia she was amazing I had worked with other Realtors from this area and even doe and had respectfully requested not to be taken to a certain association that was all they showed me. I'm thankful Patricia listen to what I wanted and she help me get it. But the entire staff was always helpful, and wiling to help.

Called three times to get a CMA although I was told they would do I never heard back from them. I called another realtor in the area and they responded immediately and had my CMA in 48hrs.

We had a dispute with the house owner, who very obnoxiously charged for everything that was wrong with the house, including broken plastic chairs outside, old stains on the mattresses, old stains on the carpet. They charged us for dirty dishes, even though I personally cleaned and and away all dishes n the morning, They charged us for garbage, even though we removed all the garbage This was outrages and THE AGENCY DID NOT NOTHING TO PROTECT US.

They just took our $500 deposit. Ridiculous. Needles to say, we will never rent with them again. Thankfully, there are Airbnb and VRBO sites that offer plenty of houses in the area

It was a pleasure to have worked with Mary to find our perfect home in the Pocono area. I highly recommend her you will not be disappointed

I had John list my home on 7.27.19 I had to have him take the pictures of my house twice the first ones were terrible. I had 5 showings in 2 weeks after that nothing I have sent numerous emails and texts and still nothing I just want them to take my house off the market and return a signed termination letter, but nothing I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and going to file a complaint with the Pa real estate board. I am so sorry I used this agency don't make the same mistake Don't Use This Agency.

The services that Mary and her people provided were excellent. We could not have been happier. Their professional approach, coupled with their compassion, understanding and sensitivity of our needs, resulted in a great experience for us when selling our house in Bear Creek Lakes.

We had an appointment with Ron for Wednesday (his day off) We drove to his office (2 hours) only to have receptionist have no clue we were coming nor was he here. After calling him we waited 20 minutes for him to show up. When he finally did, he made me feel as if we were burdening him. We weren't spending enough money. After the 1st showing we wanted to go look at another house and he told us he would meet us back at the office.

Upon arrival to the office, he was not there. The receptionist had no clue why he left. SHAME ON YOU RON. You lost a potential sale due to your lack of promptness and customer service. I will not go back ever or would never recommend them to anyone!
