They are the rental agents for our condo on the beach. They are on top of things instantly whenever we have an issue. They pick up our mail for us. Always friendly and helpful.

Beware! This company has subpar, run-down rentals and does not inspect them regularly. We found many things broken in our unit (Shorehaven II 16B) the toilet seat, dryer, refrigerator and duct taped furniture, etc. When issues were raised, McMillan Real Estate did minimal work to resolve. I will never use McMillan again, and in my experience Elliot Realty (also in North Myrtle Beach) is far superior in quality of their properties, business operations and overall customer care.

Sea Castle is infested with roaches. my husband seen a roach. We moved the picture it was behind and about 15 to 20 roaches went running. We immediately packed our stuff and call McMillan Realty. They acted as if we was making it up but we had pics and videos. They offered to have an exterminator come but I refused to go back in. They did give us a full refund but to rent another location cost us double what we paid. When we went to get the check the guy won't even open the door, instead he slid the check through the mail slot. He refused to reimburse for the additional expenses.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value ROACHES! ROACHES EVERYWHERE! They weren't the usual palmetto roaches either, they were nasty dirty roaches and alot. There was boxes under our beds, junk in our closet, duck taped carpet on our balcony and TVs but no cable. We immediately left our first night and the staff wasn't very apologetic!

Booked through VRBO so bad no clue a management company was in charge of this condo. Stayed at Sea Castle 3D. At first they were great at answering my questions. But as soon as I paid in full I barely got answers to my emails. When I called I explained I was driving a long distance so I had some questions about the condo. Was treated like I was bothering that person. Told me the pool was closed (in fact it was open-even the day I called). Turns out we needed a code to get to the pool (thank god someone in the parking garage was passing through and gave it to us).

I was told it was probable to get in the condo early but in reality it wasn't. That part I understood. But when it was time to check in (mind you I called ahead) I had to wait an extra twenty minutes for them to ensure it met inspection. Arrived at the condo and several things were broken ( door handles to patio door, carpet ripped severely on balcony, etc) and when I told them and emailed them.again no response. None.

I hope the owner of the condo sees this bc I had several conversations with other condo owners in the place and even they thought that was unacceptable behavior for the money we paid to stay there. Would never recommend this company.

If you have McMillan managing your condo, please change. I contacted the company by email and in person (spoke to Joe). I requested a condo rental for March, 2021. I never received an acknowledgement or a response back. If he is managing your condo, I could have had the opportunity to rent it next year. I will be using another realty company for 2021.

Easy to work with. Condo was wonderful and exactly like the pictures. Staff where friendly and answered all our questions. We had an issue with the door and maintenance came right out and fixed it immediately.

Previous owner of Unit 101F AT Sea Cloisters Ii It's like a small little community and loved all the quality family time we spent there over a. 15-20 Year span Thanks to McMillian Realty for all the great rentals and wonderful guests that you put in our vacation home and to all our guests that took such care of our home by the sea.! A wonderful "secret gem" where the pool, beach area and walking/landscaped "greenery" areas are always kept in superb condition and the location, views and curb appeal always catch your eye!

These two & three bedroom units range from 1100 - 1500 feet. Built in early 1980's, the buildings and grounds have always been on a continuous "upgrading" basis, and most homeowners who choose to rent have done exceptionally well in updating, keeping with new decorative trends and maximizing unit space and ocean & surrounding views.

Rented condo at Coastal Dunes from McMillan July 2017, everyone was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this Rental Agency. The condo had a gorgeous Oceanfront view, loved the serenity of the beach and it was close to everything I needed.

McMillan Real Estate has a really great office staff. Super accommodating with beautiful rental properties. They were wonderful and we're even able to let us have the keys to our rental condo almost 4 hours early. This is the 2nd year of renting through McMillan and we have already reserved the unit for next summer.
