I've worked with Southern Coast Vacations for the last 17 years. Tim and his staff are always responsive and eager to please. Their professionalism is unparalleled, and they are always accommodating. I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fair, honest, and ethical in their dealings and care about their customers. This company provides incredible value and truly goes above and beyond to not only meet customer expectations, but consistently exceeds them!

I have dealt with many other similar companies, and I can say without hesitation, they are one of the best, if not the best. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.that's how impressed I am with them! If you're shopping around, look no further, you won't be disappointed!

We're owners in Surfside Beach and have been with Southern Coast Vacations for several years. We started with some that were recommended in the area, but this company stands apart from all others. The staff is incredibly attentive to us and our guests. We have just one property in the area and devote much of our own time to upkeep and updates to make it desirable. Thank you Southern Coast Vacations and to all that visit us for wonderful family/friend times! You guys are the best!

We used Southern Coast to manage one of our properties until we were able to retire and move here to manage it ourselves. I am a retired real estate broker from Florida and dealt with property management for many years in that state I was very pleased with the way Southern Coast managed my property and the professionalalism they showed towards me and my husband throughout our time with them. Everyone we dealt with was quick to respond to our needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property manager.

The Worst! Do not rent from these people. We rented a house for 9 days. On day 3, we were told we needed to be out in 1 hour due to hurricane coming in 3 days later. I have talked to them twice and was told they would not refund us for the 6 days. I have since called back twice and left a VM for Babette with no response and was hung up on the last time.

I know of 3 other people staying in the area that was refunded for their time lost. If other companies has this policy, this one should too unless they want no customers from August to November. We lost our vacation time, it should not be made worse by people ripping us off! As for the unit, it was not clean. Immediately we had to mop the floors because the babies knees were black from dirt.

The pillows on the beds were very flat. We bought new pillows and left them there. You are welcome. Also, none of the headboards were attached and made loud noise every time you turn over. Best advice, find another rental agency to deal with!

Southern Coast Vacations has managed our unit for the past 11 years and we are so happy with our choice. The staff is awesome, so professional and kind and always were very prompt to handle whatever concern we were calling about. They know how to screen and get good tenants and took great care of of our unit. I would definitely use them again!

We are renting long term from Southern Coast Management and have been extremely pleased thus far. Their customer service is excellent. After moving in to our townhouse, we noticed several maintenance issues, including a bad hot water heater and thermostat. Within a week, they had everything fixed or replaced. All of their maintenance staff were extremely professional and friendly just like their office and sales team. It's easy to see that customer service is a top priority there.

Personally, I couldent be more grateful towards Southern Coast Management. Amanda and Patrick got me and my fiance into a beautiful home quick and hassle free. Having been in our new home for about 2 months and loving it, we would like to thank you all again for your help. Also working on several of their rental properties, i can say they are also a great company to entrust your property. Knowing they will be managed in high regard. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking their rental or management services.

As an owner that lives far away from the rental property, I have found that they always try their best to work with me on repairs as to what is the best course of action. They update me when need me and don't stress me out with the small things. They have always made sure to run the potential renters information by me to ensure I am happy with the applicants and explain to me what is best for the market at the time. Deposits are always there on the first of the month along with their owner package statements with any work orders for repairs completed.

I am very happy I have found this company to work with. They make the process so much easier and well worth the investment. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a rental but are far away and are nervous because they don't feel they have a company they can trust. Christine/SC Vision

I recently posted a review some months back noting that my experience with an employee was less than satisfactory. Ultimately I cancelled my booking and looked else where. Then, management contacted me and was very apologetic in regards my situation and we were able to book the same condo, my questions were answered completely and overall they regained our business.

I thought it was very professional and polite that they reached out to us to try to mend fences. Subsequently, we had to change the week that we were to arrive due to conflict with our childrens schedules and Southern Coast was more than helpful with the change. Then, yet again, we had another conflict and needed to switch weeks for a second time.

Southern Coast was so very accommodating to us, and each time I have had to call in and speak to the original employee she has been very courteous with me, as has the management team. We are more than pleased with the customer service and we are looking forward to our stay at the end of July. The moral of the story is that everyone has bad days and everyone one deserves a chance to make amends. Southern Coast definitely took care of us. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a beach vacation at an affordable price.
