This company was utilized by my landlord. The only east thing about using this company is the app/portal used to pay rent. My fiance and I have been renting our unit for 2 years and never had this company been timely with processing requests. The first few times I overlooked it, as the maintenance requests were not emergent. However, recently one of our pipes busted under our sink due to improper installation.
We had to turn the water off to our whole unit. We put in emergency requests to have someone come fix it, as we literally had no water to our unit. After the second day with no reconciliation, my fiance went to the store, purchased the required materials, and fixed the pipe himself. It wasn't until almost THREE full weeks after the incident that Southern Coast Management reached out to us to fix the issue.
As if going 3 weeks without water wasn't an issue for their tenants/clients. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. They are lazy, untimely, and negligent with the needs of their clients.

This company is a complete rip off! I did everything by the book to get my deposit back and they're saying I did not do half of the stuff and I did and then some. My advice is to please take plenty of pictures when your lease is up, also take pictures when you move in but I don't recommend moving in to any of their properties that they manage. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied!
Also the maintenance people don't know what they are doing. My husband had to fixed what they messed up. So upset! Aka Sherry Davis My response to southern coast management There was NO damage when we moved out which we have pictures of. The pictures that you provided could have been old photos. It was clean better then we moved in. Also we had to have the carpets cleaned when we moved in and I can provide that receipt if needed.
I even called and spoke with someone letting them know that the carpets need to be cleaned. We paid out of our pockets when we moved in to have the carpets cleaned. So those pictures you showed me was old photos of a previous tenant.
