Wellington Estates Apartments

This place was fine at first but now we're dying to get out. My biggest issue is with management not properly processing rent payments. Even though every payment I've made has been on time (processed ON THE FIRST, ) they won't pull your funds until DAYS later and then have the AUDACITY to charge you late fees. After that you can only pay in cashier's checks, which is absolutely RIDICULOUS. People are busy and not everyone has time to jump through all these hoops. The apartments themselves are alright, but absolutely NOT WORTH IT!

This place is horrible and the staff pretends to care but they are all about money. They have a roach infestation and mice. I have been living in an apartment for a whole year with this issue having pest control come spray every 2 weeks for a YEAR and the roaches have continued all while I have a toddler. I'm currently pregnant and they agreed to allow me to transfer to a larger unit that "didn't have roach activity" yet I bombed the place before moving anything in and the place had a bunch of roaches big and small all over the lower level.

They have went through 3 different pest control companies in the last year and still have not resolved the issue. I have never been late on rent or given the any issues besides complaining of the inhabitable living conditions.at 7 months pregnant I'm fed up and I am officially filing complaints on them as well as moving off their property

We have been living here for 2 years and the entire staff has been the absolute best! They are quick to respond to any requests we may have regarding maintenance/concerns. All their hard work and attention to detail is greatly appreciated!

I love Wellington Estates! Everyone here is so friendly and nice. My work orders are always done in a timely manner. The office staff always keeps me updated. Rent is reasonable and I love it!

The ladies are amazing in the leasing office, Alyssa has been a big help and very communicative. We moved in about a week ago and the apartment is very nice. The complex is well kept and super clean. The pool is spotless everytime I see it. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking.

I love it here have been here for 2 years and love it. Sam, and her team are the best couldnt ask for a better team. I haven't had any major issues here just small little fixes her and there but communication is key. I have lived in may different apartments and here is by far the best. Parking if you have more than one vehicle is rough but you'll have that anywhere you go. I love these apartments and look forward to stay here a few more years thank you Wellington Estates for the great job and awesome hospitality you provide.

I have lived here for about 3 years and the property management has been phenomenal. From the rare maintenance issue to general office dealings, they have been wonderful to work with. Open communication has also been a breath of fresh air. If you need anything, just ask! They are happy to work with you and help any way they can. It goes the other direction, too.

For example, there have been a few large maintenance projects over the years and information was passed out in advance so residents could make necessary plans. We were even given frequent updates throughout. They have fun community events throughout the year as well. Even my neighbors are great in this quiet community. I'm very sad to leave this place as I am moving out of town. I wish I could pack it up and bring everyone here with me.

Haven't really had any problems, any time I've needed maintenance, they were there within the hour or 2. Parking isn't the best but parking is always bad in any apartments. Stuff like the dish washer and oven are a little outdated but work so it's not a big deal for me. I think the apartments are pretty spacious for the price compared to other places.

Overall these apartments are very quiet. Been here for months but still haven't seen or heard my neighbors but I know they exist lol. I feel safe here. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because they do kinda look a little shabby on the outside.

This place is not at all what they say. No parking if you have more than 1 vehicle. No security and homeless people walk through at all times and sleep in the hallways. Mold on the outside of the building, always had ac problems and maintenance would come in and out with any notice. Moved out and took corporate 20 plus days to return call and after stating that they would look into charges for when I moved out I have yet to still get any response or resolution. Price seems appealing but in the long run NOT worth living here.

Great move in and accommodating staff, price cannot be beat for size and location. Highly recommend! What issues I have had have been handled immediately and professionally by the maintenance staff.

In reality they have been great for us. Maintenance is quick and the office is nice and easy to work with but the pool is always closed when I have a day off. It's bloody hot out here and the pool is closed which is really all my kids ever want to do is swim

This has been an amazing place to live the neighbors are very friendly and the location has been perfect to get to 410. As for as the Manager and Office team they have always been very help on all work orders and requests. Any issues I have had been fixed in a timely manner. Was pleased with how fast Management responded to my issue and how fast someone came out to fix the problem.

From the moment that I moved in I have had issue after issue. First I was told my fist month would be half off then covid hit. The management was continually rude and incredibly difficult to communicate effectively with. When my wallet was stolen and my bank account was hacked I was waiting to hear back to get a buffer on my late payment. Management did not return the call till the next day and told me that I'd she had spoken with me the previous day I could have avoided the late charge that she still charged me for when my bank clearedthe cash for me to use I paid the entireamountwith late fee becauseI wasn't believed about my circumstances basicallycalling me a liar.

When I had maintenance issues I asked for the. To call and schedule time to arrange for someone to be present they never called then entered my apartment without permission, And still failed to correct the issues that persisted past my stay.
