Garrett Cheran is an experienced advisor in commercial brokerage for PRC Commercial. Have had a bad leak above my bathroom that has been looked at twice with 0 followup. Also "the system is messed up" so I've been getting delinquency notices about my rent even though I'm fully paid and have been reassured that everything is fine. However I have now received a letter that a landlord-tenant complaint is being filed and I have called twice with 0 response each time
