I haven't got a response back from these people yet. I called 4 times so far and im getting the voice service and some secretary at the front desk that doesn't seem to know to much about the properties online for rent. I was calling about a house they gave away from up under neath me because of affordable housing rules. And them not getting the paper work to the rightful people in time for their deadline.
I almost lost my lost my housing assistance because of this. But since the house back on the market I felt I give them a do over this time to get things done right because the house really fits the needs of my family even though it's a ways from the city! I'll post how the second try turn's when they respond back keep your fingers cross for me!

This review goes out to Khris. She was really informative and helpful and answered all of my questions. She went above and beyond, now because of her my girlfriend and I will be moving into a brand new house that we can call home. Khris made sure to keep us informed and walk us through the process step by step. Premier Property management is lucky to have her.

The woman that handles maintenance (Bretta Santelli, had to look up her full name because she refused to give it to me.) is awful. I called when my furnace stopped working and she had the nastiest attitude before I could even tell her the issue. She said that she didn't understand why I even had my heart on it was a warm day (it's only 45 degrees outside).
I brushed that comment off and explained that my elderly sick mother lives with me, not to mention my children. Maintenance comes, can't fix it. I call back and she said there was nothing she could do. She couldn't call a professional to come fix it, yelling at me because I want heat in my house and the temp is going down to 28. She brings 2 space heaters for a 4 bedroom house and yells at me more from my driveway, accusing me off breaking the furnace. Ridiculous.
By law, they have 24 hours to repair. If not completed in time I'm gonna unfortunately have to call my lawyer. WARNING! Don't use this company for your property management. I don't think they will really care about your property or your tenants. 04/19/22 Unfortunately have the same problem again. Called maintenance line and no one called back so had to connect to the emergency line.
She was very dismissive. "Uhh huh, umm hmm. We'll get somebody out there". But did you even here my address? Probably on the messages I left that you didn't respond to. This is the 3rd time with the same issue. Had to wait 5 days in the cold with 2 little space heaters they gave me for a 4 bedroom house. Said that they only have permission to work with their contractors.
Guess they would have had to wait for their contractors if the pipes had frozen and busted. I feel bad for the people trusting this company with the care of their investment. And I even waited until after Easter so I wouldn't potentially interrupt their time with family.

The Premier Property team has been incredibly responsive and diligent in handling any and all issues that come up. They have been proactive in reaching out with updates on maintenance and tenant screening. Randy and Bretta have given me a lot of comfort knowing there is a team helping manage my out of state property.

Mike Sullivan works for Premier. We are homeless living out of a car/hotel when we can afford it. Mike told us all this stuff to do in order to get assistance raising almost 4k to move into a house(the ONLY ONE WE COULD AFFORD). He dodged our calls, didnt reply in an orderly fashion and now the house was given away. Thanks Mike. Avoiding calls IS NOT HELPING OTHERS.

I've dealt with two leasing agents both were helpful and responsive. Mike Musolin is my primary leasing agent, I would recommend him for anyone looking to rent. If you're looking to rent he's the agent you want. Not to mention everyone in the office has always been nice and helpful anytime I've been in there.

The only reason they're getting two stars is because of Julie. She is truly an amazing asset to the PPMS staff. Khris Dietrich on the other hand is a total nightmare. I previously rented from them and due to a very serious personal situation (which was explained to them in detail), had to abruptly move and break my lease. I contacted them about my remaining balance, received no word. until I tried to rent from them again, of course. Khris NEVER returns phone calls, doesn't forward applications to property owners even if the deposit is paid, due to her own prejudices.
She is extremely unprofessional. If they claim it's due to my breaking the lease agreement originally - the balance was paid in full THE SAME DAY they provided an amount. I run my own logistics company (OTM Enterprise LLC) now making 6 figures a year, so she can't say it was an income problem. Everything was taken care of and resolved. I've been nothing but nice to that woman even when I shouldn't have but something clearly crawled up her and left a bad taste in her mouth for whatever reason. So enough was enough. If she is ever your agent, God bless your soul and good luck, just do yourself a favor and request to work with Julie. That woman is a blessing.

Julie with Premier Property Management has been outstanding. She is very responsive to our voicemails and emails. She has been the best in assisting us with leasing a property since she knows the process thoroughly. If you are a landlord looking for a property management agency then I'm sure this company is a good choice. However, as a tenant I could not have had a worse experience. We rented for 1 year. It took 6 months out of that year to get our main floor shower fixed, after repeated emails and phone calls noting it was unusable, while paying full rent. Upon our lease ending they never sent a move-out reconciliation form documenting what needed to be done prior to moving out or what we were being charged for.
It took 2 months of calling to get our security deposit back (significantly longer than the 30 day period allowed by PA law). It took another month of not being able to talk to someone to figure out why our pet deposit, which was refundable, was not returned. We did not receive any pictures or an itemized damage sheet until months of trying to speak with someone.
I cannot stress enough the importance of NOT renting through this company. The staff are disorganized and not on the same page in terms of policy/lease agreement/answering the phone. It is has been nothing but a headache trying to work through this process. Just rent through the landlord.

We were charged twice for are application that was an extra $60. They said we weren't approved for the property but my credit is excellent and I make over $5000 a month. They told us to put a deposit down so. we put 1300 down and now that we're not approved we haven't gotten are money back it been over a week. We have tried to call the office during business hours and we have gotten no answer.

Drove 4 hours to look at a place that I had a scheduled showing for. When I got there I realized it wasn't available anymore. I called the office just to confirm if this was true. The lady on the phone said yes it was no longer available. Wow! Would have been great to get a courtesy call or email. That's not how you run a business! Not to mention lady on the phone was very disrespectful.
