Areej is a excellent real estate agent, she's very nice, patient, smart and detail orient. She understood what I wanted and she never rushed or pushed me when it was time for me to make an offer. She always there for me whenever I needed. She's someone that you can trust and count on. I never write reviews for anyone, I do it for her because she is exceptional.

Areej worked patiently with me in finding the perfect condo in the DC area. She took the time to fully understand what it was I was looking for. Often times, I felt she would point things out about a unit that she knew I would not like. Most real estate agents don't do that and just want to make a sale, but Areej truly cared about me a person.

She wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with my choice. Its a great feeling to know someone has your back. She also educated me about the market, the process, and so much more. I also felt I could completely rely on her to get things done quickly and properly once we did finally secure the right place -- which she managed to negotiate for a GREAT price!

And we closed within a couple of weeks! From beginning to end, this was the only transaction that has ever gone smoothly in my life, probably. I would definitely use her again in the future!

Definitely look other places if you cannot stay on top of your realtor. Lack of communication from Gary led to us make an incredibly poor choice of house with no time to change it. This combined with a lack of transparency regarding the neighborhood made our first home buying experience a literal nightmare. I do not recommend unless you think your marriage can take it.

Karla was a great real estate agent! She was available 24/7 during this stressful process of being a first-time home buyer, and she was always there to answer my questions and explain things. She communicated well to everyone in order to make the process as efficient as possible. She's personable and easy to work with. Highly recommend her!

Although Hovick was professional and the agent was punctual for our initial appointment, after signing an agreement with him, response had to be pursued to get any. The photos taken of my property were so poor thatanonymous agents left me tips to redo the photos, Hovick made no marketing efforts besides listing the property on MLS and Zillow. He was reluctant to honour my request to host an open house.

I received no unsolicited updates on property views, visits etc and when I did request information, it took 3 days on average to receive a response to my messageI had to chase twice. Once it took a week to respond to my email. When our contract ended, I went to pick up my keys from the lock box and found my vacant condo unlocked and wide open for days. Hovickt never responded to my last message informing him about this. I was incredibly disappointed by the lack of service and highly unlikely to recommend
