Steve Rawlings has been a Licensed Auctioneer for more than 15 years. He serves Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Steve has also at times obtained special credentials in order to sell in other states. Steve is also a Certified Personal Property Appraiser. These appraisals can be used in any legal proceeding, often for bankruptcy proceedings, business liquidation or estate liquidation. Steve is also a Licensed Realtor.
