Who would have thought in 1982, two 6-year old classmates would end up getting married and own a business together! Well, that is just what happened. Villa Rentals is proudly owned by Pat and Nicole Chamberlain who grew up together and spent every summer right here in Newport. In 2000, Pat and Nicole purchased the business and have never been happier!

Travel Info Report

Long Beach Airport (LGB) is located about 25 miles north of Newport Beach. The travel time is roughly 35 minutes or so to get to the Peninsula however it will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is located about 50 miles north of Newport Beach. The travel time is roughly 60 minutes or so to get to the Peninsula however it will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Traffic coming onto the Peninsula during the summer months can be extremely difficult at times.

Nice old school place 4 units from the sand. Great for large groups as half the house can be closed off. I would stay there again. Plus 3rd story roof deck was extra special with great views and lots of chairs etc. Up there

5 STARS for SERVICE by VILLA RENTALS! 3 STARS for HOME COMFORTABILITY. Great service before, during, and after stay. Super friendly staff at Villa Rentals. Villa Rentals did a great job setting up our booking, communicating, and easy check-in/check-out. Would recommend Villa Rentals to ANYONE! 116 39th St, NB had furniture that was too oversized for the unit.

My husband and I walked away from our vacation scarred up and down our shins from having to shimmy through tight spaces in the master bedroom because furniture was so darn huge. Garbage disposal did not work, was jammed. Dishwasher was so noisy, unusual and weird. Would have preferred side by side parking, not tandem. Pain in the rear having to constantly jocky cars front and back.

Great service, everything was on key, check in/check out procedures. My sheets were freshly cleaned with their linen service (paid extra), clean beach house as promised, wonderful location. Great rental company
