When you're ready to sell your home or just want to get an opinion of price we will prepare a FREE comprehensive home market analysis package for you, also known as a (CMA). Once we determine a correct listing price for your home we will also provide you with an estimated closing cost worksheet which will show what your total estimated closing costs will be once we sell your home and what your net to you monies will be after all closing costs.
When you're ready to buy your next or first home we will set up a FREE home search for you with your specific wants such as living area, bedrooms, school zone, etc. in the area of town you are interested in and in a price range that meets your specific home needs. As new properties are added to the market you will be notified by this search function automatically so you will be one of the first to see what new listings come on the market. We will set up showings on any home you would like to view.
Our leasing process mirrors our selling process. We do a FREE comprehensive market analysis of your home and compare it to similar rental properties within the same area and community your investment property is located to assure you get the most rental income for your home. We market on all the same sites we use when selling homes.
Statutes if needed, including Evictions. We also coordinate any Lease Renewals, Lease Extensions, Month To Month Tenancies and Non Renewals using "Florida Specific" forms as required by Florida Statues. We will perform a home inspection before renewing, extending or going to a month to month lease agreement.
