Brent Schnell has gone above and beyond to help me sell my property. The property was a huge burden for 16 years and he helped me gain peace and freedom from that heavy chapter in my life. He was patient and attentive to my needs and very understanding during times I became emotional because of buyers changing their minds or offering ridiculously low prices.

My husband and I own a plumbing company and our company is a vendor for Rent Solutions. We provide plumbing service to their tenants in the Tri-county area. The are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. They are always there to provide assistance day or night. Being one of their vendors, we have experienced great response in payment for services rendered, their accounting dept does a fabulous job!

I spent the past year in a sub par rented apartment. I was thinking contemplating staying until I looked at a beautiful renovated apartment managed by Rent Solutions. I worked with Gina during the application process. She was very helpful and answered all mt questions on the leaae. Rent Solutions has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I started my contract with them in 2015 for a property I had purchased and since then, they took care of my property like their own. I never missed any rent payments, I had very nice tenants and above all, the rent solutions team were always excellent in their communications to me. Lynn Clyne has been my property manager for a house I rent from Rent Solutions for over 2 years now. She has gone above and beyond to help me with any and every issue. She not only worries about keeping the property owners happy but the tenants as well. Always kind and always resolves repair issues as soon as possible even taking calls outside of office hours. Worst experience ever with trying to view a property, My partner and I schedule a showing Saturday 9/12/2020 at 1:15pm. We arrived at the location with no way to get in the property. I called the number that was provided in the email. The first young man advised we should have received a code after we confirmed the appt. We never received a code. The guy placed me on hold and then the phone disconnected.
I then called back and the lady told me that we would have to reschedule, are you freaking kidding me.we just drove from Brandon to this location which was a 45min drive no traffic. On Saturday it was storming and traffic was horrible. I called back again and the another lady told me I would have to reschedule but I WAS ALREADY SCHEDULED.she then told me to call the number and press 3 (i think) for the office.
I called and the phone just rang. This was the worst experience ever with a property mgmt company. I guess their loss because we were ready to pay the lease up for a year. Oh and we asked if the code in the text was the code for the door, the rep advised no.

Having a good experience so far as a landlord. They have been good with their guidance, fair with their pricing, and I feel like it's possible to manage my properties from a distance. My situation is kind of unique and I feel like Roberto and Ralph have done the best the can to help me reclaim some difficult properties.

This company is just plain grimey. Will give you a house is terrible filthy condition with a roach infestation and then will turn around and take $170 from your security deposit to clean a total of 2 rooms in a 670 square foot house. When we paid $150 for a deep clean for the entire house before we moved out. Do not rent from them. They will try to keep every penny of your deposit. And then ignore you when you stand up for yourself.

Absolutely horrendous. I hired these guys to manage my property and it has been nothing but a nightmare. They are rude, talk down to you, and talk over you like you know nothing. They did work on our property without informing us including tearing apart a brand new gate and fence to make alterations which included drilling into our driveway so the tenant could fit a boat in the back yard. Didn't get any permits or authorization from our HOA, let alone us as the owners.
We only noticed when we came back to the property. When I asked about it I was told "Well it works doesn't it?", and "It cost less than $300 so we didn't need to contact you about it." This type of work is no way, shape, or form can be done correctly for less than $300 and it looked like it. It was also not a maintenance issue, it was an alteration.
It was an absolutely atrocious attempt to do a major alteration for little to no money. We know there was a plumbing issue because we were informed about it, however there was no follow up on repairs, so who even knows what they did. Hopefully that doesn't come back to bite us later. Tenant had pets and was late on rent (20 days + for months), but they didn't do anything until the lease was almost over.
We ended up moving back into the house and were told the house would be ready for us, it was not. There is just no follow through or communication whatsoever. Any time we tried to reach out it took days and sometimes weeks for any type of response if we got one at all. After being told they would not pay to restore the gate and fence to its original state, we threatened to sue for breach of contract.
Suddenly they wanted to "make it right" and did issue us funds to repair the gate. I was thinking I could finally move on from this god awful business relationship until they disbursed the wrong amount of funds. I have been trying to contact them to have them correct this mistake for over a week. Was told I'd have an answer within 24 hours a week ago.
I contacted the accountant who sent me my final statement and said he didn't see any discrepancies and that if I could find any to let him know. It took me all of 5 seconds to find their mistake (either the accountant just didn't want to deal with it, or he's literally the worst accountant ever). I responded clearly laying out the discrepancy and have yet to hear back.
I have sent a reminder to them each day. If you use them for any type of business - BEWARE. Check your statements. Make sure they aren't ripping you off, because they are dirty, don't care about you, or your property. I am usually very understanding but this is honestly the worst company I have EVER dealt with in any capacity.

Horrible service was supposed to move into a unit September 5th went to pick up the keys was told the unit had been cleaned but the unit smelled like mold was offered another unit same issue we were given 24 hours to decide if we would be taking the unit multiple tenants at Cheri court have said they have had the same issues I am currently complaining about. we decide to clean the filthy apartment aNd see if maybe that was the issue when I spoke to the lady the following morning mind you she showed up late September 5th with her baby to give me the Keys she was rude condescending and basically said I should've waited for maintenance to come on the 6th and clean the apartment I explained to her we didn't have the luxury of a leisure move so we tried to make the best and clean the apartment instead of taking the mold infested one she had ready for me i asked if the unit we were taking would be painted or fixed she acted like she was doing me a favor by getting this apartment ready they would not be painting the walls and since I already cleaned there was no need for her maintenance to do it but they would still be taking the full deposit and not crediting my account anything. DO NOT RENT FROM RENTAL SOLUTIONS ESPECIALLY PROPERTIES AROUND CHERI COURT NEW PORT RICHEY AREA especially if you have children

Future Renters BEWARE! These people are not professional at all and they make you schedule appointments to see properties on their website only to call you and tell you that it isn't available or to feedyou some other story or excuse as to why they can't show you the property on the same day as your appointment. I could understand if this happened once, but twice and almost the same song and dance?
No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere. If this is how they treat their prospective new clients, I can only imagine how they treat you once you're a tenant in their system. Advice to the business owner: you should try and be a little more considerate of people's time and also, don't list a property on your site just to reel people in. If it's not available, then so be it. If it's tenant occupied, say so. Is that really that hard?

Wow, where do I start. This relationship started off great, new home owner and student at the time I purchased my first home. After graduating I was offered a great job in NYC so needed to rent out my house since I wanted to come back to FL at some point. Rent Solutions was recommended by a friend of a friend so why not went with them. They found me a couple who rented out my house for 5 years, great tenants but they divorced so they moved out.
No problem tenants, late a few times & only had to replace carpets (note to self No Dogs after this lease). RS found these tenants they didn't manage my property then but managing from NYC was hard for me but tenants were great so figured I could do it again. RS found me another tenant with 2 daughters and this is where they go from 5 stars to 2 stars owhich probably should be one but I think they had never encountered a tenant like Calvin.
Thinking I could continue to manage my property alone from a far, I quickly found I was incorrect with Calvin. His deposit check was short and his first month rent was short. I talked to him directly explained the situation and he was on board was told he wasn't aware the rent amount so not sure if that was a RS issue but this guy was approved by RS and my HOA through a credit check so I ignored the first occurrence.
The next month late again on rent and again said he wasn't aware of the due date so again he signed the lease knew the terms and at this point I can't keep having this discussion each month between school & work. Called RS explained the situation and they quickly took over as property management of my rental property. I was relived and could focus on school/work and navigating NYC and felt my property was in good hands. NOPE! Calvin at one point was 3 months behind but constantly asking for repairs (some made up). RS had issued so many warnings and threatened eviction but again don't think they've ever dealt with a Calvin before. Fines and fines and Calvin was still late.
He would catch up using his income tax I believe after we went to litigation not once but twice. I received several notices of fines and was fined by my HOA for not maintaining the lawn and a broken down car in the driveway, oil on the driveway, cars parking on the grass just fine after fine. RS was suppose to do house checks which was my understanding to make sure the house was in good shape. NOPE!
Fast forwarding Calvin and his family destroyed my house. Even after we received the eviction papers he didn't get out right away had to pay for officers. No rent coming in, months in arrears and now I have to fix my house back up. After this experience (3-4 years) I sold my home after $20k+ in repairs. He literally destroyed my home, holes in walls the size of pot holes which doesn't truly explain the damage. Had to replace all of the grass, carpets, appliances, dry wall, toilets and faucets.
I think his family literally took their frustrations out on my home & I blame RS for not holding up to their part of the bargain. If it want for my Realtor taking over the repairs, not sure the house would have ever sold. RS could have done more to protect my home. They received their renewal and monthly fees like clock work since the tenant paid them directly but at the end their fine and I suffered financially.
