I truly can't say enough positive things about Bruce! First, he was VERY patient as we looked at homes. Before Bruce, we have had bad experiences with other realtors who made us feel pressured as we looked at homes. Bruce was perfect as we looked at homes. He would carefully point out the good and the bad - he worked hard to understand what we were looking for and help us find the best fit for us. Second, he was knowledgeable!
He knew all about not only the market, but specifics about the area - for instance when we asked to see a certain house, he showed it to us but warned us that a major road was slated to be built directly behind it in the near future. His knowledge of the market and his people skills helped us negotiate an amazing price on our home! He was incredibly professional and personable with us and and also kind and patient when my busy toddler was with us.
