But no matter how large NAI Global becomes, a core attribute and differentiator is the close-knit community feel. One of the primary drivers is NAI Global's commitment to creating and running industry events.

I am a Financial Advisor and an independent business owner. I was recently put in a bind due to the building in which I lease office space being sold. I was in a time crunch and was floundering until I was lucky enough to meet Tracie Bryan, an Associate of Coldwell Banker. Tracie quickly understood my dilemma and worked very hard to find and locate the office spaces available to meet my needs. I understand how important it is to succeed at meeting my client's objectives and so does Tracie. For that reason I highly recommend Tracie for your consideration.

The broker I dealt with (Dennis) claimed he brokered many deals with the restaurant industry. Upon meeting him, he was condescending and snobby. And despite his attitude, he proved (surprising) he knew nothing about brokering a deal in the restaurant/bar industry. He didn't even know standard procedures when dealing with specifics. When talking to him about village code, he said to go and talk to the mayor.
We told him over and over, the mayor does not dictate building code and realistically has very little say in it. After dealing with this nightmare, we obtained a broker to try and educate this guy on the business. His attitude went from condescending to childish and it took 2 weeks to even start talking about the property because he was sour about splitting the commission.
Clearly a sign he doesn't care about the client or deal. Even after the fact, a deal never got made and I believe the landlord missed a great opportunity with a company that has been in the bar industry for 20 years. I'm not sure if I'd work with this company again.

I dealt with Mark Pawlitschek on a commercial rental deal. I have to say Mark is the epitome of the client comes first mentality! I called countless realtors and was lucky to get a call back in a week. This guy is the real deal! We looked at a few properties until he found us the perfect fit. Mark was always there for us even answering my calls after hours and on Sundays! I highly recommend Mark!

Tracie Bryan was AMAZING! My partner and I were looking at office space, but were open to many different towns. Tracie showed us countless offices. She was incredibly flexible with days and times. My partners schedule was a challenge to navigate around and she handled appointments easily. She was very patient, and explained everything to us in an easy to understand way.
She let us know what to expect as we proceed further into the process. Of course there were a few hiccups and she was able to help keep me remain calm and positive (Trust me, that's an accomplishment!). Throughout the process she was professional, friendly, and honest. I never felt like she was pushing me into leasing or I was just a number. I am extremely happy with my new office, but if I need to move again, she will be the first call I make. Tracie is definitely your gal when it comes to relocating your office.

Tracie Bryan was truly fantastic at finding me and my employees a new office. We looked at so many different spaces until we found the perfect one. I appreciate her tremendous patience and dedication. This is what makes her different from other agents I've tried to work with. I certainly would highly recommend Tracie to anyone who is looking to move their office.

This is a continuation of a past review. I called Bryan McGuire my Ex husband's agent. To inquire about a sign that was removed from a property that is supposed to be sold as part of a divorce. When I asked if the property was still on the market his reply was something like. You gave me a horrible review. Im not answering you. Real professional Bryan!

I live at Foxgate in Central Islip. From my viewpoint NAI has done a wonderful job protecting our financial interests. They are prudent and protect our needs, while keeping HOA fees reasonable. As for snow removal, the issue was addressed at the annual meeting -- the contractor used last winter was hired by the developer and will not be back next year.
As for the dumpster situation, the delay in replacing it stems from construction blocking trucks from reaching the area. Another reason for the delay is the waste management company was slow to come on site and get back to NAI and Foxgate. Minor issues will improve as communication is between the HOA board and management company - without the construction manager involved.
Any inquires I posed have been addressed in a reasonable period of time. I don't believe we can find a management company that will provide the same level of service for at a reasonable price.
