Went from wanting this property to walking away. Realtor was unprofessional, crossed lines with my mortgage counselor, minimized the many issues found in the inspection report and quite honestly she is the reason I walked away. Constantly she reminded me many people want this house when any issue was brought up. Talks down to you and thinks she knows everything. Minimizes major issues like termite damage and electrically concerns. Negotiated horribly for the seller. She sunk the deal. wouldn't recommend.

Ed took on a difficult Co-op sale, knowing the building it was in had a very tough Board to get approved by. Ed didn't hesitate to take on the task. I wanted Ed for the job because I liked that his firm is a locally owned and operated agency, not a corporate subsidiary based in Omaha. Ed never took more than five minutes to respond to a text message or phone call, no matter the time or the day, and that includes weekends. Heidi Byrne not only found the right buyer for our home, but went above and beyond the call of the services that we contracted for. As we were out of town ( medical issues) for most of the contract- closing, Heidi Byrne handled EVERYTHING FOR US. Sorry there was only 5 stars. She deserves at least 10! Michael and Peggy Laby
