The condos are very beautiful and basically right on the beach. The staff is friendly and very professional. The pool is nice and the hot tub is a amazing.

Love windward dunes. If you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy the beach without lots of crowds, this is it! Every condo is oceanfront with great views and because it's a small building, the beach and the pool are never crowded. If you want to be close to all the restaurants and crowds, this isn't the place for you, it's about 15 minutes to get to Emerald Isle or Atlantic Beach. But we love that about it. Highly recommend!

This is our go-to place for rentals on the Crystal Coast. Affordable one and two bedroom condos directly on quiet, uncrowded, beautiful Indian Beach. We have rented here 4 times in the past 7 years, different condos each time. Only word of warning--each condo is different as to the equippage, cleanliness, age since remodel, and comfort. Some are old and stripped down and others are modern, well maintained, and well equipped. The property manager, Kevin, is so nice and helpful--if you need anything, just ask.

Have stayed at Windward Dunes each year for 20+ years. Kevin the on site manager goes above and beyond to take care of guests. It is a quiet comfortable family resort property situated right on the ocean. It is close by to many restaurants and a small amusement park but well away from the crowded beaches and restaurants of either Atlantic Beach or Emerald Isle.
