Only good the first couple of years (for landlords using this service) and after that it was nothing but trouble. They cannot collect rents on time (and for months on end) and charged the landlord for rent never collected at 'imaginary' numbers to fill their coffers. After repeated requests, they never provide proper updates. Avoid this company if you can.

I'm not sure how, but Ricthter & Associates find the best properties, in the nicest neighborhoods and negotiate competitive prices. I've used them a few times over the years to find great accommodations and I have never been disappointed. If you're looking for a great place, call and ask for Candace. She's brilliant to work with!
