Wilson Property Management offers a wide array of tailorable services to meet any property owner's needs. Rental property management has been the cornerstone of our company since its inception in 1992. We are the recognized leader in taking care of your investment - your house, townhouse, condominium, apartment, or commercial unit.
To view a property managed or listed by Wilson Property Management, you must meet certain criteria. Your combined household income must be at least three times the monthly rent of the subject property, and you must not have any prior evictions. If you have any pets, have filed bankruptcy within the last 10 years, or have had a short sale or foreclosure, you must notify our office before viewing the home. There is a non-refundable application fee of $45 per adult application. This fee is to cover our screening and processing costs.

Recently had a flood in Townhouse and it left damage to the flooring. They came in and replaced with new flooring, we had a problem with a slow leak in toilet. They replaced the old toilet with a sparkling new one. They were very professional, prompt and of good cheer. They made my year. Appreciate the response and Happy Holidays to all the staff and especially the owner of the townhouse where I live. I rarely give reviews, but they earned this one.

This management company is horrible and no one should ever consider renting from any property managed by them. They exploited the COVID-19 pandemic's shelter in place to exclude us from the move out inspection. They then without any proof and without being willing to show any proof took 10% of our security deposit when we cleaned the house to better than when we moved in.
There was no good faith effort on the property management or owner's side to resolve this dispute. DO NOT RENT FROM PROPERTIES MANAGED UNDER THIS COMPANY or Gary Draghi. The property at: 553 S P Street, Livermore, CA 94550.

Where should I start? I was hoping I would not have to write this review and I would have thought that after I requested mediation from the BBB, they would have got the point. I rent office space from them. Since we moved in, we have had problems with Ants (office space), pigeons going to the bathroom on our cars in the parking lot, bathroom fan cover was taped on with painters tape, excessively loud air conditioning units in our and neighboring offices and more.
We notified them several times and continue to update them. We have stopped complaining about anything but the AC unit since it actually prevents us from doing work. I am not able to use the office space while they are on due to the loud disruptive vibrating noises. They have not been out to hear it themselves. They are requiring the each tenant to fix it themselves because their leases are written for tenants to make their own repairs.
The owner did send out an HVAC person who confirmed there should be shock absorbers installed but they were not. I would think if it was not broken but instead installed incorrectly, it would not be the tenant responsibility. They are slow to respond if ever and not helpful. If they don't get this fixed I will need to break my lease soon to find a place with peace and quiet where I can get work done and speak with clients. I would like to remove this review once they resolve the AC issue, but this is just not acceptable.
