Management is so unfair. Ms. Chan is not for the community she is more for herself. She is not a person you can relate to or communicate with. If you don't know your rights as a tenant, NorthBeach Place will not assist you! Prefer to work with someone that is Color Blind and treats each and everyone EQUAL at all times!

This is a company that really cares for its residents and employees. It does it best to manage the hundreds of properties on behalf of property owners with extremely tight budgets. Even with SIP, staff put their lives on the line to manage and clean the properties to ensure a safer and better place for residents to live. Thank you JSCo for not shutting its doors and keeping employees employed for the benefit of staff and residents. Love this company!

All they care about is the money. They treat the residents of the properties they manage like dirt. They keep the properties in disrepair and in unsafe conditions. And misuse section 8 vouchers.

North bay apartments - Poorly managed office. They make up rules as they go, and will deny you for no real reason. I wasted my time.

July 28, 2016 Thursday I checked my mail and received a letter from PG&E stating the UTILITIES (Electric and Gas) are in jeopardy of being TURNED OFF for LACK of PAYMENT. To state the letter word for word "PAYMENT IS OVERDUE FOR ENERGY SERVICE AT YOUR ADDRESS. TO AVOID A SERVICE DISCONNECTION, PLEASE CALL US TO DISCUSS YOUR OPTIONS." " Dear OCCUPANT, The LANDLORD or ENTITY RESPONSIBLE for making energy payments at this address has been notified that payment on this account is PAST DUE. Unless the FULL PAST DUE AMOUNT IS PAID IMMEDIATELY, your electric and/or gas service may be disconnected. JSco NEEDS AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.

This company manages my apartment building. With a decent property manager who has actual supervisory skills, the two mainenance staff persons kept the place clean. She moved on to another job and now the public spaces here look like skid row and it looks lilke a slum lord owns this building. It is affordable housing but it aint all that cheap. Everyone deserves clean public spaces. right now some food soiling has been in one corner of one elevator for five days. One maintenance guy lives here so he has to see it and both maintenance guys are on that elevator every damn day and they see the filth and do nothing.
