Enjoy the warm sandy beaches of Indian Shores, FL comprising about 2.65 miles of beaches on the western shores of Florida overlooking the Gulf of Mexico where you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants and is within 30 minutes of Tampa.
Our Indian Rocks Beach rentals, in this quiet town of 2.7 miles of warm beautiful beachfront overlooking either the Gulf of Mexico or the Intracoastal waterway, include a variety of amenities. Beautiful views, community and private pools, high speed internet, and Tennis is many of the condos are just a few of the items you will find in different units.
Vacationing at it's best! Holiday Villas II is a Gulf front complex with fully equipped 2 & 3 bedroom condos. Large private balconies on majority of condos. Do you prefer sunrise or sunset? This building offers condos with Gulf and/or Intracoastal views. The building has assigned parking, secure elevator, large heated pool, and charcoal grills.

We were in Sandcastle III, 504, very nice condo. Office is super helpful, gave us some free museum tickets due to our flights being cancelled and losing a day of vacation. Free bikes are nice, but you do have to get to the office to get them, so it's not as convenient as they make it sound, but still a nice perk and there are PLENTY to choose from!
Red Box-type DVD rentals also in office. Good location for walking to shops/restaurants if you are ok with longer walks (we are!). Great walking beach. Always plenty of loungers on the pool deck. We would definitely consider a return to this property.

We chose a premium property that supposedly met certain Plumlee standards but unfortunately the property fell short. The screen door was rusted out and had to be removed leaving us with no way to enjoy the gulf sounds and breeze without risking insects. There were other oddities such as the a/c unit was placed in and took some space in the master closet and also created noise.
The main closet was filled with paint supplies so we could not use it. The building was old and tired. There frequently were queues waiting for the small elevator. This was because you need to carry a key to use the stairs. Plumlee was responsive to maintenance requests and did adjust our bill, and the location was great - steps from the beach but overall had we known the property was not up to standard we would have chosen a different one.
We were advised to call Plumlee and speak to an agent who was familiar with all of the units as they can steer you away from ones that are less than desirable. Lesson learned.

I have worked with Plumlee for number of years now and they are so friendly and welcoming. Durning Covid i had change my reservation a couple of times and they worked with me and it was a such a relief. They have made the check in process really easy and painless. If your rental isn't ready they will let use park at their office so you can go enjoy the beach for eat at the nearby restauratns.

Would not recommend this Realty Company for Rental. Terrible experience on a recent vacation. Have been renting condos in the Indian Shores area for many years. Sandcastles 1 and 2. Charging premium prices for very run down rental. Very disappointing experience. The experience left me not wanting to go back to Sandcastles, but i decided that I will continue to return to one of my favorite beaches, i will just never go through Plumlee again. I only gave 1 star because it forced me to. Reliable source

The condo itself was wonderful. The owners put a lot of care into their condo. Each year it has been nice to see upgrades, such as new appliances, furniture, lighting, etc. It's comfortable and the views are great. The condition and upkeep of the building have been a disappointment. Needs more attention to basic things like lighting, broken door closers, paint, cleanliness, etc. It's very nice to have a rental manager on site.

First time renting a condo on the Gulf of Mexico. The rental went very smooth. We were instructed to stop at Plumlee Realty to pick up our Welcome packet that had all the instructions. Condo was very clean. There were beach chairs to use. I only wish there were more beach towels (there was only one). Parking permits and information about the surrounding area were in the packet. Bikes were available to use on the beach. All went well. We will be back!

A very beautiful and well/kept condo. On the gulf so views are beautiful. Very comfortable beds and nice sheets. Sofa throw pillows were worn and could be replaced. Could've used a luggage cart and think Plumlee provided one towards the end of our stay. Plumlee responds promptly to any requests from guests. Close to wonderful restaurants that you can just walk to. Overall a perfect stay.

The location was just perfect. The building as well as our specific condo was well maintained and clean. The condo was also a great size for having friends over. The ONLY complaint is the amount of codes you have to remember in order to access everything! It became an annoying joke by the end of the trip, but it honestly would affect my decision to stay there again.
