I've rented from them for over 7 years now and they have always been nice to us. Whenever we have an emergency, they always have a repair person out to help within 24 hours. Sometimes I call and get help the same day. Sure our rent has gone up a bit, but seven years ago everything was cheaper. I would recommend to a friend for sure.

If I could leave no stars I would. The employees that I have come in contact with while renting with Kalles over the past few years are rude, lie and just down right disrespectful. They do not care about tenants of the properties they manage. They only care about what makes them money. Anytime you need to have something fixed they do everything they can to delay the repair or give you the run around and lie about what is really going to happen or what is going on.
They tell you one thing and then do something else. I always dread putting in a work order for something to get fixed because then I have to deal with the stress of working with them. Don't get me wrong I love the house I live in, but I don't love the company that manages it and they use every tactic in the book to their advantage.
