The Manor House, Holly Manor, circa 1909, 424 Atlantic Ave. has been cherished and preserved by its owners since the turn of the century. Our guests appreciate the original stained glass windows, beamed ceilings, gas lights, chestnut woodwork, corian kitchen and the many antiques throughout this unique home.
There is a spacious front porch with rockers and table and chairs for dining and relaxing. The furnishings in the living/dining area are French contemporary with lovely accent pieces and artwork. There are hardwood floors throughout the condo with soundproofing between the floors. The designer kitchen has beautiful maple cabinets and granite countertops, and GE Profile stainless steel appliances. There are five bedrooms, three baths, one with a shower/tub, marble countertop. Two with tile showers and granite countertops.
This premier new 6 bedroom 4 bath, second and third floor beach block condo, with elevator is located in the at 837 Second Street in the quiet and friendly Northend. Completly SANITIZED, the 9 units for summer rentals are diversified to accommodate a variety of vacation needs and preferences. Old Victorian style home, The Holly House, with real wood floors with 9 bedrooms, 6 full baths, sinks and toilets within rooms in private areas, multiple verandas, spacious sunrooms, unbelievably large courtyard with beautiful, covered with open sides patio for sundown gatherings.
Separate 2 bedroom 1 bath, full kitchen and living room downstairs quarters. Also on same property, 2 separate stand alone 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condos.
