The name Homestead comes from the Homestead act of 1862 were settlers staked claim and ownership to property with flags. This concept is part of our identity and is the sentiment by which we operate. We want our residents to feel their home is truly their own. We take pride in our jobs, our properties, and more importantly the trust our residents place in us by choosing to live here.

Rented a unit in Bowling Green for 1 1/2 years, nice, clean, decent amount of space, friendly staff, maintenance could respond a bit better, but their maintenance man is friendly. Only complaint is the method of payment is a little outdated. Could use a direct deposit system. Overall would recommend.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT WHO DONT FIX ISSUES IN THEIR UNITS. So far have dealt with black mold (they blamed a window being open in the bedroom-mold is in bathroom, kitchen and living room). Then toilet broke, finally came and looked at it and "fixed it". It started doing the same thing barely a week later. Now our heat doesn't work and we can't get anyone to answer the phone to come fix it. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

They practically stole from my husband and I. We had a court date with them to be out of our place or what ever and they canceled it but before that we got our eviction notice and was given till the court date to be out and they took all if my stuff out of my apartment on October 28 I went October 30 to get the rest of my stuff and they took it and our court date wasn't till November 15.
I even went inside and even told them I was the tenant and asked where my stuff was and they said they didn't know. And took off with everything on my back porch with me there. I DO NOT recommend them.

We've tried for three months to get a place through them and they keep telling us different dates and lying about the rent. First we were told a place would be available the 31st of July. then we were told mid August. Call back and it's pushed back to Mid-September. I then see them post one of their properties on Facebook and I comment on their post asking when we could get our apartment that we're on a waiting list for.
Of course, I was told the first week of October. Our situation has changed and we need a place ASAP so I called to see if there was any change and, can you guess? I'm now told there won't be anything until November. and when I mentioned our application the lady said she didn't recall that name. I was told when I called the first time that rent was $525 and we were the only ones interested.
We liked the place and wanted to sign the lease but when we told them there's suddenly someone in line in front of us. Now rent for the same property is $625. They're nothing but liars!
