Services
PMG offers various preventative maintenance programs conducted on a yearly, semi-annual, and quarterly basis. Let us create a plan based on your specific needs. Following each visit, if any repairs are recommended, a report will be generated and mailed to you. Unless otherwise listed, all repairs approved by the owner will be performed and billed at the current hourly rate, plus the cost of supplies.
Professional Management Group, Inc. is currently managing sixteen associations that are comprised of nearly 1,500 units on all borders of the Lake. Our staff has extensive experience in managing and maintaining condominium complexes in the Lake of the Ozarks area. In business for over 34 years, without a change in ownership, we strive to adapt to changes in demographics, technology and aging facilities.
Providing and reviewing the lease with the tenants, and obtain signatures from the tenants. Collect a security deposit that amounts to one month's rent and hold the security deposit in our trust account. The owner always has the final say as to whether the property is to be rented to a particular tenant.

Me and my Wife started renting our first apartment through PMG years ago and honestly I don't have much I can complain about that wasn't fixed pretty quick after we finally would bring it up. It's under new management from when we first started renting and I can honestly say that it's better this way with the current manager Hazel being an understanding person with payment, also being more than willing to fix any issues that arise.
Currently I'm under the impression that if someone has an issue with PMG it's because they either caused a ruckus or were not even attempting to pay their rent on time. If you're curious about renting somewhere to live with PMG, you should have no problems as long as you're a responsible person who understands that rent needs to be paid.
