I hate Rowe rental every time I say I'm going to be a day or too late they still go ahead and with the paperwork and don't give me a chance. Y'all are hateful people

If i could give 0 stars, I would. The person answering the phone is extremely rude and incompetent and they refuse to provide any way to reach the owners because dealing with them is no help. Refuse. My stove went out and with multiple children and adults to feed, we were forced to eat out of a microwave and takeout for MONTHS. It caused financial hardship and even when notifying the office that I get paid two days after the deadline, I was informed I would still be given an unavoidable $80 late fee.

When I told them it was enough and I was going to replace the stove and take it out of the rent (as is my right per ga law) she said "you can't do that" and hung up. incompetent. I can't imagine how many good tenants you've lost and have moved out asap due to the disgraceful customer service provided by the one person, the only person you can reach.

It's one person. I'm sure there's somebody there that isn't answering the phone that would provide better customer service than her. My squeaky door hinge could provide better customer service.

First let me say Rowe Realty is absolutely amazing! I have never had a problem with them. They will really work with you. My main reason for this review though is because of someone else's review from a couple months ago. They gave 1 star all because they were "turned away" for not wearing a mask. Yet they posted a picture of the business door THAT HAS A SIGN THAT SAYS FACE MASK REQUIRED! Good Lord some people just don't get it.

They allow you to complete a application ask for 2 check stubs do not mention that you have to be on your job a year, but Include you have to be in your current house 3 years also they deny you for a medical bill. 1/5 do not recommend I left messages as well for the application not including important info but then they take the application fee knowing they left out very important requirements

We had been living in our house for almost a full year with every single payment being on time. We missed one payment because both my husband and I lost our jobs due to the coronavirus and they evicted us DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. They wouldn't work with us at all and charged us all these bogus charges once we moved out totaling $1800+. Even still being out of work they wouldn't work with the collection agency to help settle a payment and take a lump sum. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Turned me away for not wearing a face mask. Apparently, they have no interest in quiet, drug-free tenants who have the ability to pay 6 mos rent in advance.

They have nice rent a property and at very affordable prices. But, unfortunately, they will not accept ANYONE with A past eviction, even if there is a very, very sensible explanation. Things happen sometimes that's not preventable in your life or out of your control. I STILL TRIED TO WRITE A LETTER OF EXPLANATION. BUT, THE ANSWER WAS STILL *NO*! I CRIED! BUT, THEY ARE WHO THEY ARE! PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL PEOPLE!

If you are looking for a company to manage your property, consider not using this company. They have one woman who will be the owners one point of contact. It sounds simply, right? Well, this is actually a problem. Having only one person to handle all issues for the owner results in delayed response or lack of responsiveness.

I have had excellent service from Rowe Realty who have been managing my property the past 5 years. Their service and response to issues have all been resolved in a timely and professional manner without acrimony or complaints from my lessors. Their staff is courteous, respectful, honest, ethical and very friendly. My property has never remained unoccupied greater than one month making for a seamless transition following lease completion.

This is extremely satisfying and eases the anxiety of an unoccupied home and at the same time speaks volumes for their dedication, commitment and sense of urgency. I would definitely recommend this company for providing excellent and valuable home management services.

This place is absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. First off they promise me all these repairs upon my move in inspection, then on top of that they had to be threatened just to fix a broken Window after complaining for 6 months. They refuse to call anyone back. I was promised my ac unit compressor would be replaced. Its been a year, I threatened to cancel my lease, then they have someone do an appraisal. 2 weeks go by nothing. then I call once again and what do they say. "yes, we spoke to the home owner, they decided to postpone." I say what do you mean? Rowe realty " as in, not any time soon!". wtf its 95 outside we have 5 kids one of which is a baby. I recommend anyone considering rowe realty to strongly reconsider a different company.

My mother has used Rowe Realty Company for management of her rental property for over 20 years. Unfortunately, after all these years, it has just recently come to our attention that approximately $80 has been paid as a "cleaning fee" each time a tenant moved out of a property in preparation for a new tenant to move in. When this particular house became empty, we had simultaneously decided to move back to Columbus permanently, so we let the realty company do the job that they have BEEN doing from the beginning (when we first put it up for rent) I discovered that this "House cleaning" charge has provided an exceptionally generous salary of approximately $27 per HOUR for doing just barely enough to get by if you just glance at a few unlit rooms(normally the electricity isn't on when it's empty).

This 'cleaning service' person has reportedly been with the company for a number of years and was using a vacuum cleaner that was so old and cheap (cheap brand new, which was late 1980's, at best) The door frames, window frames, inside cabinets and ceiling fans - especially the ceiling fans - were dusty and filthy. The only things touched with cleaner were the refrigerator, stove, sinks, and counter tops.

For the $80 charge for a cleaning that was completed in less than 3 hours, I shudder to think how nasty each new tenant found the house as they came in - time & time again over the years. Fortunately, we now have the internet to relay stories like this so maybe someone will research reviews before they decide to pay someone to do a job. I hope I will help someone avoid being suckered the same way we were!
