Have been working with Ashton for the past few weeks on getting into a property. She has been very helpful and has solved any issue/questions I have had and gone above and beyond to make this a flawless transition so far!

They are mediocre and semi-OK. But that doesn't say a lot because it's Columbus. If you can rent from somebody else Do that. Tom thinks he's a know it all and thinks that his tenants are below him and talks to you as if you're a literate as well. They are horrible with getting back to you, getting maintenance is like pulling teeth. The Maintenance Man are waiting on the orders but it's a Flournoy who drops the ball and doesn't relay the message so if you have an order and it has not been taken care of you have to call call call I moved into a home and The outlets didn't work and the refrigerator was infested with roaches.

They continue to try to charge me even for the days that I wasn't able to live in a home. Luckily the owner came by and seen a condition. Gave me my money back an and sold their home to great Jones. So basically these people are slumlords and would do the bare minimum. Are used to advertise this realtor company because I thought they were really good but all of Georgia is corrupt so good luck and stay away from places like this and Truman Reality.

I have evidence of all that I've complained about and haven't even mention the most traumatizing parts. I hope this helps somebody in the future good luck because Renting Columbus is disappointing.

WORST PEOPLE TO RENT FROM.They have had me and my kids with out AIR in the 90 degree weather for a week. When I call to complain ASHTON hung up in my face. I do not recommend. Very unprofessional and never fixes anything on time.

Ms. Patel was very kind and professional. I have worked with them in the past and no one has been more helpful with my moving process. She definitely was god sent, I'm grateful to her.

He did an amazing job helping us navigate uncharted territory for us, deal with the inevitable hurdles that came our way and ultimately land our forever home. We couldn't be more grateful for Walter's patience and guidance throughout this whole process.

They were very rude over the phone and the lady told me I can do a virtual view of the property. Also they only allow dogs 35lbs and have breed restrictions. Well fyi any animal that's registered legally as a Service Animal is protected by the Disability Act. No one can tell you that they can't rent to you because you have a legally registered service animal the breed doesn't matter that's a lawsuit.

I absolutely appreciate Mrs. Patel, she helped my fiance and I move with no issue! We were approved in no time! She and the staff are friendly, professional and understanding. They make sure your needs are met and any concerns, handled. I couldn't have chose a better realtor company! I highly recommend Flournoy & Calhoun! Now we are in our new beautiful home in a great area! Thank you Vaishali Petal!
