We've stayed in two or three different locations in / around Honolulu and Waikiki. Captain Cook had good properties and most importantly, their service was excellent. Staying for a long period of time (as we often do) will always bring some issues eventually, and you'll need to rely on the company to come through and fix whatever went wrong. Captain Cook's staff was the best we've found by far. We'll call them first the next time we're on the island. Thanks for all your help Byron! Paul & Erika
