Reached out to Hawaiian Beach Rentals to book a condo for Jan 2020. They were very helpful locating a few options for us on short notice. We decided to stay for 2 weeks and changing condo's halfway through. When we arrived at first condo Kamaole Nalu, we were very disappointed to see the actual unit and the condition it was, stained carpets, ripped furniture, fridge was falling apart.

When we reached out to Jason Miles and his wife they were no help at all and stated that we would have to take this up with management company looking after the condo complex. I was shock to find this out. I now know that as soon as they take your money there part is all done. Terrible experience would never use them again.

We had such a great time. Unit 50 in Keneohe (Turtle Bay) is so beautiful. The moment we walked in the front door we were mesmerized by the beautiful surroundings. The bed was so comfortable and I slept like a haven't in years. What a great relaxing vacation. Thank you.
