Living here would be great if I didn't have a nightmare neighbor who uses a stair stepper that's so loud it vibrates the wall. I can't enjoy a day off from work and I have to plan when I can have people over when she's not working out. I definitely would of not signed a year lease if I knew I would have to deal with this.
